The most consistent place I’ve ever been to that can continuously mess orders up over and over again. Food is McDonald’s food, usually bad except the fries. And you have a high chance of interacting with someone who has an attitude problem. We get it, your pay sucks and work sucks, but it’s not the customers fault. Maybe pay your workers more or get new ones in who will do the job correctly.

I walk in at McDonald's and see a woman feeding a dog sitting at the table.I have never seen anything like this before smh. I just got my food and left, didn’t know what to say.
It’s getting worse and worse in Havre De Grace. I constantly see dogs in stores, and other places. I have never seen one in a restaurant before, other than a service dog. How is this even legal? Why are these companies allowing this?

Took an insanely long time at the drive thru, probably about 20 minutes before we got our meal. Food was decent.
THE FOOD THEY ACTUALLY HAD WAS GOOD THE FRIES WERE GREAT. THEY WERE OUT OF CHOCOLATE MILK, SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE AND TOMATOES FOR OUR DELUXE CHICKEN SANDWICHES SO IF YOUR OK WITH ONLY GETTING HALF OF WHAT YOU ORDERED THIS IS DEFINITELY THE MCDONALDS FOR YOU.

I ordered two fries, a large and a medium when they gave them to me. The fries looks like they were still raw. I have worked at a McDonald’s before. I know that if you overload the fryers to hurry up and make more faster that the fries don’t cook through the way they should When I asked them to cook the fries longer. They wanted to keep trying to convince me that the fries were right they never did make it right please have the employees do their jobs right I’m sorry that they can’t cook that many fries fast but the fries need to be cooked not handed out undercooked.
