I worked fast food for 10 years and never make reviews. Why offer a service like curbside if you can't pull through on literally any aspect of it. Everytime I've used curbside here i end up walking inside to get my food. Today in particular I am working with a handicapped individual and waited for 20 minutes before going Inside because the individual I work with did not want to make a trip inside. After waiting the 20 minutes they informed me they didn't bring me my food or come outside because they were out of lemonade(the drink i ordered). They had the food sitting on the bagging counter waiting but never came to resolve the issue. I'm assuming the food sat there for the full 20 minutes because non of it is even warm. Thanks for wasting my money and time.

Horrible service wait 15 mins for small fry and nuggets and got it cold the staff was literally just playing and lady on her phone who just hand us bag and walk off I ask for manager they all look at each other and walk away laughing worst place ever

I placed the mobile order online got to the store and told the person in the drive through my mobile order code, she says she got it I’m then pulled forward and they tried to hand me the wrong drink and then goes over 2-3 more orders that is not mine then asked me to pull forward. If you are in a rush please don’t stop by this location, no matter if you place it online or in person they still get it wrong

Just walked in & right back out the door & was completely punched in the face with the extremely strong & undeniable odor of the weed the employees are smoking in the back/kitchen. So strong that my clothes & car are now permeated with the stench. AND they were as unfriendly as ever. They don't disappoint!

This was quite possibly the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had in my entire life. Placed a mobile order and waited in the lobby for nearly 20 minutes. Not once in those 20 minutes did anyone behind the counter even acknowledge my existence, even after making eye contact with the staff. After finally getting our food, it was all cold, and the chicken patty was so tough you couldn’t bite through it. The lobby was freezing. I was literally shivering, and I don’t get cold easily. God forbid you want a refill, they will give you the same run around and pretend to be too busy to notice you. There was no one else in the lobby and no one in the drive through. I never leave bad reviews for fear of being a Karen, but this was something I don’t want you, the reader, to go through.
