I've been to this McDonald's many times before and I actually liked coming to this one but today I came in and asked the associat manager behind the counter if I had to order at the kiosk or can I just tell her what I wanted, she answered by telling me ya I can just take it kind of rudely but I didn't care I ordered got my food someone came in after me and they got their drinks before me even after I already had my food. Still didn't care got my things went out to parking lot and ate with my elderly father who loves Mcdonlads but it's hard for him to move around a lot so we ate in the parking lot. We both wanted a refill so I go in and ask for a refill and the same girl rudley told me you walked out the door you don't get refills so I asked the manager working g she said yes you can have a refill and this rude as. Manager said but he walked out the door and I told the manager I ate in the parking lot they actually refused me refills which the soft drinks cost them nothing I worked in restaurants my entire life and they make about 2000 off one $10 box but since my elderly father wasn't able to come in they refused us refills. I ask the girl what her name was behind the counter and she said I am a ask. Managet I said I didn't ask what your job was I asked your name and her name was Andrea I beleive. I never been to a McDonlads that first didn't ha e a dri k Machi e in the lobby 2nd when I couldn't get a refill espically after paying $20 for 2 combo meals avoid this trash dump like the plague!!!!!

If you renovate the store and change to 1 register and 6 kiosks, more than 2 kiosks should be operable and the register should be staffed. Kiosks should also display regular nuggets first on the menu. Just watched 3 people order spicy by mistake and have to hunt down staff to get it corrected.Ice cream machine is still down and the dining area has food and sauce on tables/floor.

Did a delivery to the great wolf lodge. Normally delivery issues are on the driver but this one was on the establishment. Was missing 3 out of 4 Big Mac’s; the one Big Mac we got had all the meat on one bun and the other bun on top was bare. The daily double was missing tomatoes. Who is checking these orders for accuracy before bagging it, much less making the actual food correct?

Went through drive thru because I had sick kids in car. Food was missing from the bag. So I went in explained...they got nasty...5 minutes later i asked again explaining I had sick kids...Manager had nerve to scream at me well we were making your sandwich. Meanwhile the other 5 were cold.. big issue she actually said well we missed 1 sandwich... Well if I would not have ordered if I didn't need it.

4am not accepting orders online, at the drive thru, and the doors are locked. Building says 24 hours, online says 24 hours, and drive thru says 24 hours. Employees hiding in the back. 2nd night in a row.

My burger had no cheese, they didn't give me sauce, napkins, there was no one receiving the order, and the machines weren't working well.Worst Mc Donald's I ever visited, the environment in it was alright but the service was terrible, the girl that brought my food was looking at me like I was a monster, I said thank you for the food and she said "you better be" and then I notices that the sauce wasn't there,I went there and had to wait 5 mins with my food waiting there and the girl looked at me several times and ignored me, she finally came to the front and I asked her for ketchup and napkins, and she said that they ran out of sauce (you can see the cabinets full of sauces from there) and then a guy came out of nowhere and stood in front of me, asked for ketchup and the girl gave ketchup to him after telling me they ran out of it.

I love seeing this place claim its open 24/7 and showing up at the drive thru at 530 and being ignored by the employees. But I guess being able to communicate with customers is asking too much of their incompetence. BTW tried calling their listed number. Doesn't work lmao. What a professional company.

I can only recount one time that I actually got the food that I ordered. This particular franchise is run by degenerates that are either unable to read incoming orders or unable to count. If you have a positive experience here, consider yourself blessed and highly favored.

The one Stars given for food service and atmosphere are legit the employees here definitely make it obvious that they do not care about their job or the customers. obscenities being heard through the drive-thru speaker as well as through the drive-thru window.curse words and racial slurs being thrown out with no regard of who's hearing them I was born in Havre de Grace in '86 and sad to say that this is the worst McDonald's you could possibly go to. myself and my whole family of four will be driving to the next town from now on
