I’ve ordered from this location for 3 years now and (for the most part) it’s been perfect. The manager (owner?) Is very professional. I consistently get great delivery service from her. The food is usually perfect. If you specifically like Papa Johns pizza.. this location delivers the bestttt

We placed our order at 12:40, and it took 1 hour 25 minutes to get here. When I called after, inquiring about it, the man that answered the phone after 10 minutes being on hold, couldn't understand me because he doesn't speak very good English.Ridiculous the BBQ boneless wings were very dry.

The food was great, but the service sucked! My food came late(I was on my lunch break) and the driver didn't care. No phone call, apology, just a lot of attitude. Steer clear of them if you need your food in a timely manner.

Management needs to do better. On two separate occasions I've had issue closely within the same time period recently. The first problem was with the Pappadillas I ordered, they were flat and looked as if they were not the usual. I spoke to the manager and he made an excuse about the dough recently, but ordered no credit to make up for the poor delivery. Tonight, my order was delivered without a drink, I asked the door dash driver about my soda and she said there wasn't one. Im' not sure what's going on, but ordering pizza is pretty expensive, and I always tip well, I was expecting better service, and feedback from management. I understand a mistake every now and then, but they have been to frequent as late, sad to say, standards are dropping, I will consider ordering pizza from someone else in the future. The manager ofvthis store makes alot of errors. We have ordered there the last time. Over 7 years its been overall worst papa johns ive ever seen. Im from their hometown i might add. Today the manager called my wife a b****, because he forgot to put chicken on a chicken pizza. Was the only topping we asked for.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! I ordered my food at 6:15 last night, they wasn't on their way till 7:31. Tell me y It took them well over an hr to deliver it to me when my place is only 5-10 min away!!!! I will def never order there again!!! All my food was cold!!!! My kids n I were starving my the time we got our food!!! I would like to have a refund for this entire delivery!!!!
