I've heard numerous bad things about this place, from multiple people, in multiple ways & from multiple directions so, no, I would NOT eat here nor do carryout. Not sure if the owner's just an absentee landlord or completely clueless idiot but this place really sucks. In lots of ways. I want to send a HUGE HUGE HUGE THANK YOU to EVERYONE at Havre De Grace Pizza Hut especially Ryan and Michelle for being so patient, welcoming, encouraging and understanding. Everyone that works there is truly amazing. You all are like a family and work so hard to make customers and employees feel welcome.

Pizza Hut in Havre de Grace offers delicious pizza with friendly service. The menu lacks prices, but the staff is accommodating and attentive. The parking lot is clean and spacious, especially for those with accessibility needs. The manager and employees maintain a spotless environment. Special deals are offered, and the staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
Customers have recently praised the exceptional service, with one family highlighting the exceptional work of the server and cook, Dwayne, who made their pizzas and sides very well. Another customer enjoyed the Big Box deal ordered through the app, with the food delivered by a polite Door Dash dasher. While the restaurant may not have the same nostalgic feel as it once did, the pizza was still very good, and the service was adequate.
