Food is decent and the people who service the restaurant are horrible. Wouldn’t eat here again.

Never ordering from here again. Our pizza was super dry - literally the tiniest bit of sauce possible (and we didn't ask for light sauce). We also got 2 orders of double breadsticks and were only given one. I went back in to have them give us the second order and the female worker didn't acknowledge me once. She walked past me multiple times, then went and clocked out. The male worker (who I would assume was the manager) then assisted a doordasher who came in a few minutes after me, then proceeded to do the same when another man walked in. I had been standing at the counter for almost 10 minutes at that point.

It is so hit or miss at this pizza hut. We'll eat here one week and the pizza is great, then the next week and it is horrible!! And when it's bad, it's really bad. This time it was raw, paper thin dough drowning in sauce. Usually, bad pizza is still pizza so it's not horrible. This was horrible.

Delivery here is a giant mess. They outsourced to door dash, My order sat in the store for 20 minutes waiting for a pickup, then my order passed through two different door dashers. My order that was supposed to be delivered within 40 minutes took 2 hours to get to my door. The food was barely warm and the person that answered the phone was rude when I tried to explain that something had gone wrong. Will NOT be ordering again with this delivery, it's too expensive to have a terrible experience where the stores answer is just.. that's not our problem.. they sure had no problem taking my money.

The pizza was great, but there wings was so crispy that a person with no teeth couldn't eat them.

Our family went there for dinner today, and the pizzas, as well as the service, were phenomenal. Dwayne was the server and the cook at the back. And he made the pizzas (4) and sides (4) very well. We definitely recommend this pizza hut, and Dwayne deserves a lot praise and regards for the work he's doing.

my family and i tried to come here to dine in, we were not even greeted we said hello to the worker and he did not even say it back.. he said pick up or you placing a order.. i said we would like to sit down he said ok so what do you want? i said do you have servers, he said no you order here and we bring it to you but was just rude about the whole situation. i think this location has potential if it had people who wanted to actually work. we ended up leaving and going elsewhere as we felt like we were a bother to the employee.

I arrived after the time that the email said my pizza would be ready. It was an additional 40 minutes until my pizza was ready. There were only two employees so they were overworked and the employee at the register was very grumpy because everyone was angry that their pizzas were taking an obscene amount of time.

The manager had an attitude once I requested per the customer to cancel her order. Which after an additional hour I of not knowing how much longer it was going to take I myself would have done the same thing.
I was told that she would cancel on her time when she was ready to do so. Per the request of the customer, she asked for a copy of the receipt before leaving showing proof of the cancellation.
Look things happen sure, however be professional about it. Every order I saw leave this place was neither missing something or wrong!

I've been coming here since I was a kid. Super fun, super clean and affordable
We ordered through the app, we got the big box deal, and they also used Door Dash to bring us the food. The dasher was very polite and packaged our food nicely. I ordered pepperoni on one and sausage and pepperoni and onions on the other.

I was reliving the 80s. It’s not the same as it used to be, but the pizza was very good and it was fun for nostalgia sake. There’s no salad bar and there’s no Galaga machine. It was bare bones, but it wasn’t busy and our server was adequate.

I've heard numerous bad things about this place, from multiple people, in multiple ways & from multiple directions so, no, I would NOT eat here nor do carryout. Not sure if the owner's just an absentee landlord or completely clueless idiot but this place really sucks. In lots of ways. Not only is the (so-called) "help" utterly stupid they're also tremendously inefficient, ineffective & inept. Personally & professionally INCOMPETENT. In addition, this place seems to constantly have serious, ongoing problems with very important basic issues like food preparation, food presentation, food handling, the actual menu, being able to complete orders on time, being able to complete orders correctly, staffing, scheduling, management, & oh yeah, CUSTOMER SERVICE. The food here is often incorrectly, improperly or imperfectly prepared then also incorrectly, improperly or imperfectly cooked & the end result is often a doozy. An unpalatable, unappealing, unattractive, "damn, I wasted my money" kinda doozy. They then compound these already significant errors by "delivering" absolutely horrible "customer service." Customers who aren't happy with their orders are ridiculed, put down, sneered at, ignored and / or argued with. Nothing additional is ever done to please, help, placate, mollify OR satisfy them & no additional time, effort, money or energy is ever expended to solicit, encourage or gain their business (much less keep it) & it shows. Unhappy, dissatisfied, disgruntled & even somewhat angry (previous) customers abound. They're numerous, widespread, outspoken & the distinct MAJORITY so draw your own conclusions. DON'T EAT HERE. AND THANK ME LATER.
