The manager on duty who took our order was wonderful. (Sorry, I forgot her name) IMO, Pizza Hut makes the best pizzas. Unfortunately, after covid, most of the pizza hut in Dleaware was closed. Tried dominos and other local pizza places, and nothing can come close to pizza hut. The place was spotless, and all employees working there were in full and clean uniform, Thank you for serving us.

Ms. Melodie from the Pizza Hut , Havre de Grace, MD location was awesome ! When I walked in I placed my order and she shared about the deals that were offered and applied it to my bill! I went back to my car to take a phone call and after my food was done she brought my to go food directly to my car ! I sincerely appreciate her going the extra mile for me because I had a long stressful day ! The food was great and the customer service was awesome ! Highly recommend! Server had an attitude problem. Ordered Chicken Alfredo and got some premade slop I wouldn't even feed my dog. Aside from that the portion size would have been like 2 bites.That place has really gone in the toilet. Will not be going back there again!

Always hot and delicious with friendly service. They have TV and it's never crowded when we go. We usually do carry out and love it, but dined in a few months ago and the freshness is so good! Seriously the worst customer service experience I've ever had. We put on online order for delivery in at 5:15pm. I got a confirmation email saying it would be delivered by 6. When it wasn't delivered by 6:15, I started calling Pizza Hut customer service. I spoke to 4 people - they all tried contacting my local store and literally couldn't reach them themselves. Keep in mind they had already charged my credit card. By 6:45, we were frustrated enough that my husband decided to physically go to the store to see what was going on. He got there and the pizza was just sitting there.... The employee didn't read the order properly and thought it was a pick up order. By the time we brought it home, it was nearly 2 hours after we ordered, room temperature, and missing a sauce I paid for. I called customer service again and all they could do was try and transfer me over to my local store- which, remember, doesn't pick up their phone. I understand it's just Pizza Hut, but I was trying to have a meal for my family where I didn't have to cook or leave the house, and we wound up having to leave the house and eat sub-par food much later than we wanted.

We had our dinner delivered last night and the Chicken Alfredo dishes had 3 pieces of chicken, the chicken melt only had two pieces per half. If this is the norm that is ridiculous!Thankfully the pizzas were decent.

I have always like this Pizza Hut and have always had a positive experience at this particular Pizza Hut. The night we went in it looked like they were slightly short staffed and they were BUSY!!! We ordered pick up. Yes we might have had to wait for a bit for our order because they were so busy but that didn't bother me. What does bother me is customers that want to be rude or when you have 4 or more people in the same group having to gather around the counter just for one person to place an order. The doesn't reflect on the restaurant just the customers. When there is limited space then have your friends or family wait at the table or in the vehicle while one or maybe two people place the order. Needless to say the workers are always polite and friendly!!!

10/23/23I order online around 9:20pm ( the close @10pm ) I order a personal pan and pasta with cheese bread. Haven’t had PizzaHut in years.. I also use to work at PizzaHut so I was like yet let’s get this tonight .. anyways place the order and about 15mins later they call me saying hey we close @10 unsure if a DOORDASHER will pick up your order . I’m like doordasher? Y’all don’t have delivery driver she said no . I was like ehh ok so what’s my options she like idk but @10pm we close and we can’t wait .. I’m like ok. Anyways 5mins later I get a text from door dash the order was picked up and will be here by 10:10pm.. time goes on it’s now 10:30pm and the food still not here.. it’s 10:45pm still not here ? I call door dash no answer I call the customer service Line they refund the order *but I didn’t order from door dash so they refund PIZZAHUT* also my total was $28 ( I tipped $2 ) the door dash total was $26 so they didn’t even tip the dasher they pocketed .. also PizzaHut charges for a delivery fee .. but why? y’all don’t even have a driver .. anyways I’m going to call the store for a refund once they open .. this was such a strange experience. So pls be mindful when ordering online
