Whoever is taking orders and making subs especially cold cuts, is definitely not paying attention to actual orders. Plus subs have dropped big time recently. Two times in a row, not as bad as last but will go somewhere else now

All I can say is wow. Made online order for large cheesesteak says it comes with green peper an sautéed onion an cheese. Only option for me was to add extra of those thing's to it so I added cheese an meat for a total of 15$. Get it and it's the lightest steak I've gotten in harford county. Open it and it's nothing but hardly any meat an some cheese nothing else on a non-toasted floppy roll. Drive all the way back to be told they have no idea what THEIR websites says is included on the sub and said they are out of green peper an cheese steak so they can't remake it, so I paid for what they had left? But paid for extra? I hope this isn't connected with the edgewood sams cause this place sucked and I wouldn't go back for free. They did issue a refund.

I gave three stars not because the food the food was good but the service this is going to be the end of Sam's deli you can't get through on the telephone to get orders , when you walk in no one acknowledges you and the saddest part is they close early hours are not consistent in the hours.To the new owners please try to fix this Sam's deli is a legacy.
The meat on the Italian hoagie came pre sliced out of a package. It had sweet pickles on an Italian sub. When you bite into the sandwich you get a mouth full of lunch meat rind.tje roll might have been good but it was not deli meat.

New owners.Tried to reach out. When you set up the NEW MENUS, please allow for cost of vegetables. These subs I ordered had little bit of lettuce, onion and ripped in half spread out tomatoes. A sub is more than BREAD. CHEESE AND MEAT. I'll pay the extra cost of vegetables. It makes the sub REFRESHING not BORING. SUBWAY has fresh made bread and all the vegetables are FREE no matter how much or extras. Included in price. I was disappointed in the 2 Italians and Roastbeef subs. Don't believe I'll come back after I was a long time customer of SAM

Don’t waste your time. It is NOT the Sams we know and love. I had 2 subs that were mush! I was eating baby food with beef mixed in. It’s obvious someone bought it for profit. No love in the subs anymore. I won’t be back. End of an era for me.

No consistency with their hours. Drove to the shop only to be told they were closing. According to their posted hours, they were supposed to be open. I really wanted to support this newly re-opened local sub shop. The NEW Owners did not care when I told them about the issue I had when I went there to order subs. However a worker behind the counter messaged me and apologized. * The new owners did not.* The OLD OWNERS would have NEVER treated a customer like I was. Some of the the most recent positive reviews were written on here because some of the locals were angry I spoke up about them constantly closing early.
