Ordered a footlong BMT through the app. Wrote special instructions for banana paper and mayo on the side. Also wanted the sandwich wrapped separately. Went to pick it up and they followed none of the instruction. Spoke to a young lady making sandwiches and she looked at me and didn’t even answer me. Totally just ignored me and didn’t care about what I asked her about. Another young lady came out and addressed my needs and took care of me. To think I even gave them a top through the app. That won’t happen again trust me.

I’ve been here a few times and there was no issues this last time was a huge disappointment: I definitely did not ask for a tuna/turkey sandwich. The customer service was disappointing and the person was not trained and lacked proper customer service. It takes alot for me to make a comment, but this was not good.

Just use doordash to get food from here, in the app I ask for milk(regular) they send me chocolate milk that expired May 31.Never had a problem here but sending me the wrong expired milk is not ok
