Love, love love this place. Right by the playground and on the water and the food is always so good and reasonably priced no matter what you order.

The Promenade Grille is our family's favorite place to eat when the weather becomes nice. There is something for everyone on the menu, the prices are reasonable, the food is good and you can't beat the view!

On the water in HDG. Fast service. Great selection of food an ice cream. Prices are really reasonable. Always a must go when in the area

In stead of a double cheeseburger, they brought out two hockey picks on a burnt hamburger bun.
It was only a bunch of juvenile delinquents running the place.
The flirting and over the top profanity was out of control

Great food and location

Absolutely fantastic place i have been time and time again and plan on going back again. The prices are amazing and you eat right on the water. The crab cakes are always a hit and the burgers are pretty good too. Everything is anywhere from 8 bucks to 15 for a crabcake sandwhich. Definitely a must stop place when visiting havre de and they have ice cream too!

My husband and I both agreed the food was nasty, let alone even hot. We’re entitled to our opinions and are free to write a review so that possibly others can save their hard earned money. It’s not a personal attack, it’s an opinion!
However, upon reading other 1 star reviews and the owner’s responses I see that nasty begets nasty. In one reply I saw her racist ignorance showing by beginning her comment with “Hola Jose” to a man who wrote a review and is probably a fourth generation American who posted using perfect English. And then they have the nerve to say how “blessed” they are treating other humans with such disdain! 😂🤣
Anyway, I’m all about supporting local businesses but after our experience it won’t be this one again. Can’t wait for the dirty reply to THIS truth! Lol Read the 1 star replies from the owner and see for yourself. 🤢 Pure nastiness!!!

I always enjoy coming here. It's a great atmosphere and the food is usually really good. Last time I went, the food seemed very over cooked and I could barely finish it. Other than that, it's been a good place to stop and eat.

My wife ordered a cup of hot tea.....after a 10 minute wait we picked it up. It was full of tea grounds. The young girl did not know to leave the tea in the tea bag.....
The chowder I had was delicious.

Stopped in town to have the kids let off some steam on our long car trip. Came across this spot on our way to the playground. Food was great. Burger was a burger. Nothing crazy. Fries were decent enough. Crab cake sandwich was good as well. 10/10 will stop here again. Thanks!!

They charge over a $1 for a cherry on ice cream and very dishonest with cash change. A kids ice cream with a cherry costs over $5 and it cost me $10 due to the "forgetfulness" of the teller. Do not recommend as there is no recourse for getting your correct change. Unless you pay with a card so you know you are not going to get shorted. Even still, very expensive for what it is.
