Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Best OG ice cream ever.

Staff is very helpful, especially Blake. Offered to make my grandmother coconut ice cream because it's her favorite, and they can! Just have to place the order a few days in advance. Wonderful!!

Ima be honest. I do love the ice cream and the people because I always get my order right and they are patient. the only problem is I often times find hair in my dessert. Last night I was coming home from gym and treated myself well when I got home I had a long strand of hair around the rims of the snickers blast and I could have called but it was gettn late. I just think it really needs to be aware and peeps needa keep their hair covered because it’s happened to my Ma plenty of times which is why she don’t come here anymore and I don’t blame her but it’s icky to eat and know sum shouldn’t be in it

Took my 2 nieces for ice cream and it was very good.

Good ice cream, friendly people there. Some benches to hang out on nearby, but not much for walking space. Be warned - a small waffle cone is NOT small 😋

The ice cream is very tasty to start. My issue is when I took my two daughters there we ordered three two scoop waffle cones and they charged me $44. I looked at the menus and the listed price was $6.99 per two scoop waffle cone. I asked the worker about the price and she told me that the prices changed but the menus were never updated (that’s illegal). Your ice cream is good but at that price I’ll just go to the store and buy equally good for a fraction of the price.

Went to Buster’s of Hollywood tonight and we were in line prior to 9, and an employee came to the order window at 8:57 to tell all of the customers in line, sorry we are closing at 9 and will not be serving anyone we don’t get to by 9pm. Many of us had been in line prior to 9pm. Mind you they had no WiFi, preferred cash payment, and the line was moving extra slow. This is very poor customer service so if you plan on getting ice cream from Buster’s of Hollywood you better get there extra early before closing time.

How could ANYONE dislike Bruster's? Their normal flavors are delicious with the creamiest ice cream you've ever had. Don't shy away from the seasonal specials like Pumpkin or Apple Pie. Don't deny yourself Bruster's at all. Treat yo self.

Every time we go in, they NEVER have Apple Dumplings when they have it advertised all over their building! This is every year and they seem to not be able to get their ordering process together. This was the last time trying this place.
