Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Went to Buster’s of Hollywood tonight and we were in line prior to 9, and an employee came to the order window at 8:57 to tell all of the customers in line, sorry we are closing at 9 and will not be serving anyone we don’t get to by 9pm. Many of us had been in line prior to 9pm. Mind you they had no WiFi, preferred cash payment, and the line was moving extra slow. This is very poor customer service so if you plan on getting ice cream from Buster’s of Hollywood you better get there extra early before closing time.

The ice cream was pretty good and the service was okay.

How could ANYONE dislike Bruster's? Their normal flavors are delicious with the creamiest ice cream you've ever had. Don't shy away from the seasonal specials like Pumpkin or Apple Pie. Don't deny yourself Bruster's at all. Treat yo self.

Every time we go in, they NEVER have Apple Dumplings when they have it advertised all over their building! This is every year and they seem to not be able to get their ordering process together. This was the last time trying this place.

I absolutely love Bruster’s however. Every time I go they never have almond milk to make non dairy milkshakes. There is very few places that I can enjoy a milkshake or dairy free ice cream and this is usually the first place I would go to. Not anymore ?

Horrible texture. Worst I've cream I've had in a long time. And hardly "ice" cream. It was barely soft serve and over priced.

Best ice cream in southern Maryland. Not skimpy on the portions either.

Good place for ice cream if you don't mind waiting 30 to 35 minutes for your order when all you ordered was a strawberry sundae. They need to hire more people

Great ice cream but we brought our toddler for the first time and the least they could do is cut the grass and take the garbage out. Wasn’t enjoyable to eat our ice cream sitting in weeds next to an overflowing garbage.
