Great company and great bourbon. The Maryland bourbon cream makes the best spiked egg nog you'll ever have!

What a great experience. I had this place saved and had been waiting to go try it out. We stopped in and we're the only ones in but were welcomed in and had great customer service until we left.

We did the tasting which is $15 per person but you definitely get your money's worth. We left there with three of the bottles we tasted and plan on going back time and time again while we are in Maryland. Enjoy!

Absolutely love this place. Went here twice now and their tasting is a great starting point. Try their honey rum, it's a great option for when you're under the weather. Their bourbon is top notch and can easily compete with your favorite from Kentucky. Drinking local is so easy when you have this quality around.

Beyond Great.

I was lucky to be introduced to the Tobacco Barn Distillery through my dear friend Mike Dickson in Fort Collins, CO. Turns out Mike went to school with Scott Sanders. Have to say, my husband and I are bourbon/whiskey lovers so we were pleased to sip the Bourbon Whiskey and the Bourbon Cream. They are both smooth, rich, delicious. Highly recommend. Plus the proceeds benefit veterans!

I have been drinking whiskey and bourbon way before it became cool.Tobacco Barn is hands down the best distillery in MD and one of my favorite in the country! I have been visiting for years and love coming back to see the difference as the age goes up! The special releases are always on point as well. I got the last bottle of the worlds fastest bourbon...that one is amazing. I have multiple regular bottles and it is crazy how much darker and smokier it is! Cant say enough good things. You have to come try it for yourself...you won't be disappointed.

My buddy and I Just visited the tobacco barn for a tasting. The venue has a great look, Shawn was very friendly and accommodating. We had interesting conversations about their products, the area and several other topics. Last but definitely not least, the bourbon, rye and rum were excellent!We both left with a bottle.It was a great way to spend a rainy afternoon and we will definitely be back

Haven't been to the distillery yet but fortunate to catch them at the La Plata farmers market a couple times. They do not have a booth at the market every week. My husband loved the straight bourbon, the cream was very good too. Super happy to be getting great bourbon and supporting a local SoMD business.

Awesome local distillery! The tasting was very informative and, of course, the whiskey, bourbon, rum, and seasonal cider were delicious. The brand's values are top tier as well. They don't take any shortcuts, and they are very integrative with the local community. We will definitely be back for a visit!

I'm giving this 4 stars strictly on the quality of their Bourbon and Rye liquors. These are both outstanding and I'm not even a fan of bourbon. If you're going there thinking you can get food or cocktails then don't bother. Also highly recommend reserving a spot for tastings as they have only space for 8 people at a time (and that's all they do). This is a pretty small Distillery and they have a total of 5 liquors, bourbon, rye, rum, cinnamon whiskey (Mol Dyer), and a honey rum (Dancing Bee). The cinnamon whiskey and honey rum are 66 proof and the rest are approximately 80 - 92 proof. Their rum is interesting as its aged in a used whiskey cast for at least a year onboard the USS Constellation.

Stopped in this past Sunday and picked up a bottle from the latest batch from the 53 gallon barrel format and I can say the flavor profile on this run is excellent,it finishes out so smooth.

We spent a delightful afternoon enjoying these quality spirits with Sean as our guide. The distillery’s story, environmental conscience, and philanthropy are a wonderful accompaniment to some darn good booze. The introductory tasting is well worth the cost and is conducted in an idyllic farm setting.

Tobacco Barn Distillery is Awesome, had the best time, they’re product is so good, we stayed did a tasting, everything we tried was right on. Product top notch, Honey Rum my favorite, now a huge bourbon ? fan, so smooth.Thank you.

We really enjoyed a relaxed and informative tasting session today.A fantastic setting.And yes, the drinks distilled here were all just fabulous.Our trio of rum, whiskey and rye whiskey giftpack made it back safely to the UK.Recommended.
