Randy's Ribs & BBQ catered a family reunion for us in Montgomery County, MD this past weekend. They were outstanding in every way! Randy's had hosted a great reunion for us six years ago, and again did not disappoint. Randy was very responsive and accommodating as we planned the menu and details several months in advance. The food was all delicious-pulled pork, BBQ chicken pieces, several homemade sides with homemade BBQ sauces and salad dressings. Randy also provided veggie burgers and a special meal for a guest with food allergies; no problem. Delivery was punctual and set up was a breeze. We had a beautiful spread, with all things provided that we could possibly need, including extra serving pieces in case one broke. The food was delicious and the portions were extremely generous. Thank you, Randy! Kudos and five-stars to you and your son, who delivered and set-up seamlessly.

I can't get enough of the baked beans and collard greens.
The puked pork is so good.
Expect to spend a little bit more $ ~ they're not cheap. But so delicious.

Parking: Have patients they take forever to get the order out.

We ordered a few things (pulled pork platter
rib tip platter, cheese burger, 2 hot dogs and a large fry. Plus 2 drinks) and everything was great. Family of 5 was fed for $80.
The day before we had the ice cream sandwiches. Will definitely be back.

Vegetarian options: There are sides with no meat, plus fish options

Parking: Open parking lot shared with Bingo Hall

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of options for children.

If you are in the mood for barbecue… you have got to try Randy’s! It is a hole in the wall, walk up and order at the window dining but you will have no regrets once you taste his “smack yo momma” good chicken, beef or pork barbecue. He has an excellent offering of menu items as well speciality ice cream sandwiches that are just stupid good!Amazing, tasty and delicious offerings will have you craving and coming back for more!

Well I picked up food last night and I guess we're just disappointed with what we got for the cost. Wasn't worth it. They claim to have the best fries around and that is false. Ribs were decent just over priced. A full rack of ribs, pulled pork sandwich, 2 large fries, chicken nuggets and baked beans set us back $ 84.00.
Very over priced for sub par food. All of it was room temperature at best. The search continues for good BBQ.

So my only gripe is the 6% I saw added to my bill. I was offered hot sauce and ketchup but not provided ketchup. If this was a charge for the item I was offered please advise.
If it was a way of getting a tip, that’s not the way I would do it. But then when you advertise prices are subject to change at anytime without question, it’s understood it’s probably complicit behavior. First and last visit. Thanks Randy!

I went for the 2nd time on yesterday and I got the sliced beef platter. The 1st time my platter was a platter, on yesterday I purchased the same 2 platters, and the beef was barely enough to make a sandwich. I should have just purchased a beef sandwich and not the platter. The platter wad over $20.00 for 5 thin slices of beef and these wasn't full slices. I was very disappointed on yesterday.

I went back on Sunday, because the manager told me that he was going to take care of me for the two platters that I purchased that was shorten on the beef. I got there, the manager wasn't there. They called he and he stated for them to give me only one sandwich to make up for 2 platters that were almost $45.00. I wasn't happy and I was really dissatisfied being that I spent almost $45.00 and they only gave me 1 sliced beef sandwich. If you see the 2 young ladies at the window, check your food before you leave. Platters are supposed to be more meat then the sandwiches. I will not be patronizing them again.
