Been going here for years, excellent food, excellent service and always consistent. Highly recommend for whatever meal you’re looking for.

Love their food but beware if you want a bit of butter on your bagel!! It’s an additional cost of $1.69, almost the cost of the bagel!! What are they thinking?? 1.69 for a pat of butter??? Response: Sorry!! 1.29 but could buy a stick for that …still crazy expensive. I can get a pat for free at Panera or Uber. Butter is not a topping it is a condiment.

Original post:
Not sure why bagel is in their name when they consistently run out of them well before closing.
Additional comments:
The bagels are very good which makes it even more disappointing when they are out of them. They have the rare and wonderful egg everything bagel. Calling ahead did work but is awkward and you have to plan ahead.

Outstanding food (the new shreddy bowls are amazing), great coffee, fair prices. The customer experience could use a tune-up in terms of ordering and service.

Got take out--Incredibly busy place, people everywhere, service was quick, bagel was excellent. Crazy amount of cream cheese on the bagel, but just took it out as I ate it, didn't take away from the quality (could probably save overhead by putting half the amount of cream cheese). Will definitely come here again on my way through the area.

Subpar food and terrible service. To say the bagels are New York style is laughable. You wish! I'll never go back, I'd rather eat gas station sushi.

Great bagels, made the right way. No soggy, no pre- frozen. Eggs are fresh and not microwaved. Food is good. Service is not. I wanted a simple bagel and butter and coffee, but couldnt order at the register. had to sit. they had 1 waitstaff and about 25 people at various tables, but they couldnt accomodate my request. I then asked not to wrap my bagel and just place in bag. they wrapped it anyway and told me, "next time tell me not to wrap it" I did. you were busy talking to the other staff.

Enjoying an enormous Chicken and Avocado sandwich. Exceptional! Real food. Chicken breads, beautiful avocado, fresh leafy green lettuce, yummy sauce on the side. I highly recommend!

Dietary restrictions: Eating healthy in a bagel shop sounds like it would be impossible. NOPE! Lots of healthy options. And the food is REAL!

Parking: Parking is no issue.
