Great food, but please stop with the tip guilting flip screen. Would easily be 5 stars without that habit. The food isn't cheap, but if you need to increase to pay the employees more to avoid relying on tips so be it.

Today was my third time eating here, and I just have to leave a great review! Joe happened to be my server each time, and he is the epitome of customer service! ? Also, the food has been amazing as I've tried completely different things each time. Today, I tried one of their specials - a steak omelet that came with either a bagel or toast. I chose the Old Bay flavored bagel and it was fresh and wonderfully different! ? You are missing out if you haven't tried this gem of a restaurant. It's a happening place and the vibe is also cool and hip. (And hopefully, you'll get to be served by awesome Joe ?)

Amazing food. Chicken and Rice was more like a stew with carrots, celery, peppers , potatoes. Excellent broth ! Vegi cream cheese was excellent with large pieces of vegis!

Been ordering here the last couple months. Me and my son have been happy with the bagels until today. I simply called to ask if they could remake it nicely. The manager kind of got smart with me when I told her about my bagel and said no one's ever complained of to much cream cheese. It didn't taste right at all. When I came in to get my new bagel I simply told her I brought back the other one so she could see what I was talking about. She then said great all sarcastically. I turned around and she was literally making faces at me like a little child. Really unprofessional when all I wanted was my bagel redone and I literally said nothing rude. Definately need to higher a more mature manager. Wont be returning. She clearly isn't a people person and doesn Ty like her job. And honestly I'm not a picky food person. This is maybe the third time in my entire life where I ever had to complain about the food where it was inedible. Completely shocked at her immaturity and rudeness. And yes it was the manager because the employee said hold on let me transfer you to my manager. But thanks

I can't believe I didn't know this place existed. Located in a VERY unassuming strip mall, Bagel Works has sit down service and a to go counter. I easily found a table and was waited on immediately. In fact, I was waited on by a few people who seemed to tag team my breakfast experience. Fresh hot coffee and a bagel sandwich were tasty and reasonably priced. Excellent service in a cute, modern bagel shop. As Arnold would say, I'll be back!

I've been three times and think I won't be back. My first visit was a couple months ago, I wanted to try new flavors, the honey granola and cranberry nut. They apparently no longer carry honey granola but haven't made a note of that anywhere or changed the menu in months. My first visit it was very noisy, and some of the bagel display is blocked from the glass case sitting on the counter when standing at a register, and the cashier acted like I was stupid for trying to order a cranberry nut bagel when they were out, because I didn't look for the empty bin ten feet away behind the case against a dark wall. I decided on the classic everything bagel toasted with cream cheese, and some bagels to take home. Strong garlic flavor on this everything, which was nicely thick, but the menu separating out the cost of bagel and cream cheese to be added together wasn't the best and the math didn't work right because they charge extra to use a credit card, a fact which they don't have posted anywhere and don't tell you. My next two visits were in September, both had mistakes on my orders. I ordered three bagels to take home, a jalapeno, a cranberry nut, and an everything. I got home and found out they gave me two jalapenos and an everything. The entire reason I went was for the cranberry nut. I went for the last time and finally got my cranberry nut, and also got a Caitlin's Mess, for me two scrambled eggs, two pancakes, side of sausage, and jalapeno bagel. The pancakes were dense and bland, the sausage was way too maple-flavored but also fatty, and the eggs I took a bite of in the parking lot before they could cool were passable. The bagel was nice enough, but each visit was a hassle. There were always several people behind the counter (kitchen work was obviously busy, but I couldn't see what the people out of the kitchen moving back and forth behind the counter were so busy with) but seemed to be getting in each other's way instead of meaning more help for customers. It was never clear which register or person was ready to take an order or would act like you interrupted them or wave you to another spot to interrupt someone else, and while there was a good seating area that left people waiting for to-go orders or standing in line or pouring drinks all milling about together.

Truly New York quality bagels and omelets! Excellent service, friendly staff, and food came really fast. We enjoyed coming by here for breakfast during our road trip in Maryland. (No photo of food cuz we dived right in ?)
