We got lunch here for the first time today. Wish we had tried Gilroy's Cafe sooner! I got a garden salad with grilled chicken and the boss got an italian cold cut. The food was excellent, as was the service! Brien is so personable and friendly. The location is also easy to get to with ample parking. When I pulled into the parking spot, I noticed a small vegetable garden right next to the entrance of the cafe, with beautiful ripe tomatoes on the vines. Sure enough the salad and the sub both had fresh tomatoes from that garden, and they were superb!
If I had one suggestion, it would be to get the website and Facebook pages up and running. I noticed some great specials on the chalkboard behind the counter. It would be great to be able to see the daily specials online before calling in our order!
We wish Gilroy's much success, and hope to make this a frequent choice for our monthly employee's lunches!
