Gong Cha has some of the best tasting teas. I like that they make drinks that adults appreciate as well. Recently however this location has installed a cotton candy machine, which I have no objection to, except that it puts out the most annoying cutsey music. Imagine that looping over and over again on top of the usual kpop playing overhead. I couldn't stay more than 5 min the last time I was there. And until they shut that machine up, I won't be returning.

My husband and I are big fans of gong Cha as their tees are amazing both in selection and flavor. We were also super excited to try out Kyoto Matcha's desserts and Matcha-based drinks. I had a Matcha lemonade and it was absolutely lovely husband had a gong Cha, Earl Grey, tea with bubbles and crème brûlée foam. I also grabbed a slice of the absolutely out of this world Sakura cheesecake. The service was amazing the young ladies and gentlemen, that work there were absolutely friendly, and did everything in under two minutes, and the actual location itself was super clean and just really inviting and welcoming. Definitely a great place to stop for a snack and a drink.

They have super cute desserts. The cheesecake was good not great. Beware! The bubble tea is pure sugar. I ordered it 50% sure and I could drink it because it was too sweet. I ended throwing it away.Staff is not very helpful. Place was clean and had comfortable seating area.

The boba milk tea was good but my mum asked the lady what flavors would be good for me and two 16-19 year old girls where laughing at her for asking because it's my and here first time ever have bubble tea, but the Asian lady was so kind and respectful. The service was slow but it was good tea, it was crowded and loud and not that much seating, but the bubble milk tea was popular with the customers the flavors where good and it was kinda hot in there.not that happy about the people being mean to my mum
