We had a gathering of 80 people at our home on Friday night!!! The job "Rouge" did in the catering of our party was extraordinary!!! Everything down to the littlest detail was delivered, executed and cleaned up!!! When they left, we didn't even know they had been there. The food was spectacular as was the planning and set up!!!! The staff was professional and extremely efficient.Lindsey our project manager was there from the conception to the very end!!!!! Her team, headed by chef Eric and all the wonderful team members there that night were amazing and deserve and big applause!!!!We have never had such a great experience with a caterer before!!!!We cannot say enough about Rouge Fine Catering!!!!!

Rouge catering was phenomenal for our wedding in July 2023!! Our guests were so impressed with the hor d'oeuvres, dinner, dessert, and service. We continue to hear loads of compliments and everyone had a different favorite. Our Italian-inspired menu included hor d'oeuvres like prosciutto and melon, meatballs, and grilled eggplant. A crowd favorite was the oyster raw bar with his and hers oyster shooters! We were so excited for the raw bar and it was exactly what we wanted. Our dinner menu was served family style and included beef tenderloin, salmon, asparagus, risotto, and stuffed bell peppers. Everything was cooked to perfection and was absolutely delicious. The mini cannolis during dessert were another hit. Rouge’s attention to detail is outstanding. Anne worked with us from day one to craft a menu that fit our style and taste. My first experience with Rogue was back doing Valentine's Day when they were offering their couples Dinner packages. Great food by the way, I will be using them again next Valentine's Day. This first good experience with Rogue Catering led me to try Rogue Bistro. The taste and quality of the food was just as good as I remember it from earlier this year. The layout of the Bistro is just the perfect size. Not too large not too small. I'm very fond of their salmon. They must have someone from hogwarts working in the kitchen because the Salmon is perfect every time.

I was the day of wedding planner and we all had a final walkthrough meeting with her a month prior to the event at the venue. She guided us through every step and asked so many great questions to make sure she understood exactly what the couple wanted on their day! On the day of the event her and her team worked seamlessly together to pull off an amazing event.I will preach over and over again how important it is to have a great catering team and planner that can work together. Lindsey and I were able to each focus on our particular jobs and I did not once have to ask a member of the catering team to do something. They were ON IT!!!! so my team and I ordered rogue catering for our holiday luncheon. When they arrived at the office they set the food up. All was well. When we dipped our spoon in the mashed potatoes a long black hair came out w it and we all were very sad. Scared to even eat the other dishes. I called and spoke with a representative who said they will give us a percentage off of our next catering order. I let them know that there will be no next time. The representative then placed me on hold while she got the manager. The manager got on the phone and proceeded to say, why would you say that you're never going to order w us. That's offensive to me. She went on the say your not going to eat the mashed potatoes ? You didn't just pull the hair out ? So you're going to waste perfectly good mashed potatoes ? I'm like is this lady serious. She goes on and on about how I need to look at theirGoogle reviews. IDGAF about no Google reviews. I want to be compensated for the mashed potatoes that's it. After arguing with the manager, she proceeds to say she will refund me for the potatoes. I was so disgusted by her demeanor. I will never patron this place just based off the manager telling me to just take the hair out and still eat the potatoes. Wow. People are nasty/dirty. And she just happens to be in the food and beverage business. Be careful. How's that for a review.
