I'm stuck in the area several nights a week. Don't go out often, but the handful of times I've been to Goodie's, I've been very pleased. I saw a tripadvisor review saying the teriyaki chix sub was awful. Musta' been a off-day, because I got one and it was really good. The Chinese dishes I've had were very good and plentiful. Most recently, I had their gyro. I know, huge risk, but it was excellent. Meat was flavorful and crispy on the outside....
It looks a bit rough from the outside but the food is really good. I got the cheese steak and fries and it ranks in my top 3 favorite cheesesteaks. My fiancé got the General Tso’ and it was mouth watering delicious. Who would have thought you could get great Chinese and cheesesteak at the same place. If looking for good, cheap and fast this is the place
The folks at Goodies in Indian Head have always been very pleasant to me! Tonight they remembered me and grabbed my order to hand me before asking for my order number. They noted that that had not seen me in awhile and I relayed I had retired from the Navy base in Indian Head so wasn't going past their restaurant on a regular basis now. Food has always been good! Love their General Tso's Chicken wings!
