I ordered a footlong Nachos. The worker used only 1 small bag of Doritos for the chips. Then he spead it out in the footlong box. It did not cover the bottom of the box. Probably had about 8 chips with toppings this is unacceptable for $5.

I asked for a sandwich with Italian herb bread. I noticed the bread did not look and tried to correct him about my bread He told me it was being made a new way. I believed him.. when I ate my sandwich it was the regular white bread (which I don't like) instead of what I asked 4 He could have just said we are out, ir something similar. And let me make a choice . And to add I now have 2 footling sandwiches on bread I don't even like. Will not b going there again. I HATE LIARS I live in Indian head, but will be going up the street to bryans road from now on

I love the Subway chain, but not this location. I've been there before and thought that the service was indifferent. In April 2024 I ordered a sub and presented the coupon I received in the mail. The worker told me that the coupon does not cover the sub that I ordered. I showed him the print where it indicated it does. He informed me that this location does not accept that coupon for the "order by #" items on the menu and that this is why you need to present the coupon prior to ordering.It seems to me that if they are not going to honor Subway coupons, that they should post a sign saying that.I will NOT go to this location again.
I made an online order my sandwich bread was burnt, the sandwich was not made like I asked. I should not have to go behind grown people and check if they did their job. Individuals need to have more training on attention to detail and actually read the online order request.
