Coffee tastes fine…Service is fast…But to not say some sort of greeting to a customer and no “thank you” or “goodbye”? Classless and just plain rude.As a new business in a location that is not consistently busy, they would be wise to remember that people always remember how you make them feel.

Terrible service not a single cusromer in the store when I walked in and no one greeted me or came to take my order. I stood there for a few minutes and watched two employees look at me still said nothing. Got tired of waiting so I walked out. This is the second bad experience with Dunkin within a week.

Glad to have a dunkin around, but this one is so hit or miss that I dread pulling in because I never know if my order will be good or not. The cold brew either tastes like sugar water or burnt dirt.

Normally have no issues, they know me by name as I stop in for a coffee around 5:30 on my way to work every day. Always very friendly and the person who I believe is the owner knows my order in memory. However, today I pulled up after placing an online order when I was about 2 miles out (close to $10) and the place was PITCH BLACK. Not a soul to be seen. Sat there for a few minutes but it was apparent that nobody was there and if someone did show up, it woulda taken more time than what I have available. Needless to say, this was extremely disappointing and I expect the owner(s)/ management to make this right as it was a letdown and like I took $10 and threw it out the window. That said, I do hope everything is ok because this was so odd. Please in the future, turn off mobile ordering and don’t accept payments if not opening. I will change my review when issues are resolved but this is not ok.
