We placed an order for pickup earlier today on 4/16/25. Our order would have been picked up at 7:50pm if we didn’t have car trouble. We weren’t able to make it into the store until around 8:30pm. Which, we had thought was fine since the POSTED hours of your restaurant are until 9:00pm. Posted on several sites and on the Subway app, as well as on the front of your restaurant. It all says 9:00pm.

So, when we came in to pick the order up, your employee who was working could not have been more rude, stating that closing time was 8:00pm and that we kept him waiting and that we were ruining HIS time. He had the nerve to say, the boss says it’s 8:00pm, when we pointed out that everywhere else stated 9:00pm.

It’s not reasonable to expect your customers to know what you told your employees by word of mouth, if that is even what happened. If your hours are done 8:00pm, change it so that your customers know that. Absolutely ridiculous.

We won’t be back. And if you’re thinking, “big deal,” you just keep saying that while your employees mistreat customers and then wonder what happened when you have to close your doors for good.

The website says closes at 9 o’clock. Ordered my food at 8:25 and the guy at the counter kept on telling me that they close at 8 o’clock like 15 times and was very annoying about it would never go here again.

The gentleman working this afternoon was amazing. I have never experienced better customer service. He was kind, professional, personable, just absolutely wonderful. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with him. He was kind to our children and made our shy one feel genuinely comfortable placing her order. The sandwiches were perfectly delicious! The place was spotless and well organized. Lovely experience for our lunch and we will absolutely be back as long as he is there!

Edit to add: I saw other reviews about his accent. He was so patient and understanding whenever we asked him to repeat himself so that we could better understand. Which wasn't often because he is, in fact, speaking English. It takes very little to understand him as he even gestures to what he is asking about and enunciates well.

Hands down has to be the worst run subway on the planet. Never have anything in stock, last time i got a meatball sub i had to wait 20 plus minutes and it was cold. The owner is disrespectful

The worst. Have charged me extra, the few times I was here, when corrected they just act like they don't understand .... but the last straw was just making me a footlong no matter how many times I said six inch/sandwich even making the hand gesture for small until I gave up and left.

I'll never step foot in there again. Beware. Shady, bad business.

Rude man working. Stale toppngs. “No tomatoes” really? How can a subway not have tomatoes in the middle of the afternoon. I should have just driven by, when I saw that broken sign on the front of the store. Sorry I wasted time and money for an inedible sub.
