First time ordering from here. I placed the order by phone for takeout, I ordered an order of flautas because they look exquisite and it comes with beans and rice with salad (like the photo they have on Google). She asked me if I wanted 4 or 6, I told her 6. When I got to work I was surprised that they only gave me 6 flautas and it doesn't come like the photo, it doesn't come with beans, rice or salad. I called to tell them that they didn't give me the rice, beans, or cucumber salad that comes on the side. The girl's response was that I ordered 6 flutes not 4. She told me that the 6 size comes alone without sides, I told her to order it because the photo has everything, she had to explain that if you take the 6 size it doesn't come with it. the sides and you already decide if you want 4 or 6. She did not apologize, rather she told me to look closely at the Google photo and that there you can see that they are the 4 that comes with sides, not 6. I did not call to tell me to see the photos, if not to give me a solution. But it seems like they need to have better customer service and say sorry for not explaining. My job is 20 minutes away, I wasn't going to come back for him to give me rice and beans. I’ve been to most every taqueria/Mexican food truck in a large radius around this place, and this place beats them all. I’ve had the highly rated places in Laurel and Elkridge, and this place is still better.Their Al Pastor and Lengua tacos are my favorite. Barbacoa is a close second for me. Family members regularly crave their pupusas and burritos.Like most restaurants, the taste/quality of the base ingredients is what sets the stage for the entire dish, and if anything is out of whack, the food can be mediocre. This place gets it right every time.The prices and service are great, and the lady who takes orders is very nice and always has a smile. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I don’t think I’d go anywhere else for my taco fix.
