Melted my straw so it closes on one side. Joke's on you, I have scissors to open it! Just have to sacrifice a centimeter of straw! HA! I WIN!

There was no greeting at the window at all. I ordered 2 for $7 beef & cheddar. The cheese tasted rancid. I had to throw away both sandwiches. They were out of the potato cakes so I ordered curly fries, they were cold. Very disappointed.
We did not speak English and the girl who spoke to us to place the order called books I think that's the name was in a bad way she has no patience for customers

This was our first order through the app. We arrived at the location, to find that someone else had taken/picked up our order. I had to show her the app to prove we were the party who submitted the order. They remade our order. I guess they had already started to clean up for closing, so the quality wasnt very good. You could tell the food was old. Not going to return to this location.
