Incompetence is rampant here. Three errors in the same order. Not even late at night or busy. 530pm. Order a combo with a Sprite, shake, and mozzarella sticks. She leaves out the Sprite and decided she was going to substitute it, even though I never said that. No marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. Ordered a jamocha shake, she gives me a vanilla shake.
Great food and all, but I'm not quite sure that sealing the straws as pictured below is the right way to help people with their diets. That's right. I caught you. Melted my straw so it closes on one side. Joke's on you, I have scissors to open it! Just have to sacrifice a centimeter of straw! HA! I WIN!

There was no greeting at the window at all. I ordered 2 for $7 beef & cheddar. The cheese tasted rancid. I had to throw away both sandwiches. They were out of the potato cakes so I ordered curly fries, they were cold. Very disappointed.
