This was absolutely awful. All new people were working. No shift manager. They didn't know how to do anything I ordered. Spent 30 mins changing who was working on my order. It was insane. Do not come here. Especially not for ice cream.

Went and stood at the counter, one employee looked at us and called for another employee in the back to come help. No one came. Same employee looked at me again, walked into the back, sounds like he argued with another person, then returned to the front and continued to do nothing. Still no service.Left and went to McDonald's for a slushie. Thanks for nothing Baskin Robbins.

Went here with my husband and the person serving us was so unprofessional and our ice cream tasted awful, and the cones were so stale! Definitely don’t recommend. We ended up walking out the door and throwing them away. What a waste of money

Got here 8:28pm and employees said was closed and doors was locked. If that is the case owner/management needs to update this. All the reviews here are regarding them closing earlier

Came on 12/7 at 8:20. Drive through had automated message that they were closed. The signs both on the store and online say they are open until 10. Parked to go inside and the front doors were locked and the guy inside was closing the counter and never responded to our knock. There was no sign they were closing early. Waste of our time and lost our business, we won't be back.

This place is a disappointment. This was the first and last time I will be going to this Baskin Robbins. I went there today with my family to try the New Flavor of the Month and to get some ice cream for the family. When we drove up, we planned to go inside…that didn’t happen. The inside was closed so we were forced to go through the drive thru, which I am not a fan of when it comes to an ice cream shop. But we went through a drive thru anyways. When we drove up to order, they claimed to not have the ice cream of the month (Oreo S’mores). But they did have Oreo ice cream. Which is what I ended up ordering just to be safe. But I can get that anywhere. I’m sure they probably had marshmallows, chocolate chips and graham crackers but if I had to add those things, it would have cost more money. The cashier also sounded a little confused when taking our orders. A couple of flavors weren’t available. They didn’t show a large menu in the drive through either. This place was just an overall disappointment. It is just as run down as the area it is in. I will not be going back. I will go to one of the other Baskin Robbins, even if it is a little inconvenient to do so.

Went here at 8:28pm tonight as I had craving for a strawberry milkshake. I was informed by staff that they are not serving milkshakes any more that night because they have already cleaned up for the night. I asked why they clean up so early because they close at 10:00 pm. “I don’t make the rules”, was my answer. So I asked for a banana split. “We don’t have bananas”. Run away, don’t walk, from this place. I wonder if the owner of this restaurant has any idea that the late night staff’s main goal is to do the least and close as quickly as possible.

Everytime I come here they don't have the capuchino blast if they don't have something take out of the menu do not advertise what you don't sale. I'm going to stop coming this location is close to my house but I rather find another location.

I dont what’s going on with this location but it’s giving baskins robbins as a whole a very bad rep. Baskins Robbins is known for 31 flavors not 18 of the flavors no one eats. No matter what time I visit this location it’s always out almost half of their entire ice cream menu. Then if you end up getting something else…it’s prepared very badly without any care for the customers. How can a business want ppl to frequent it’s location if the workers have no passion. The store owner needs to revamp its personnel if they want to continue making money. Until these issues are fix…I advise you to buy it from a grocery store or go to another Baskin-Robbins because this one doesn’t deserve to be open.

Ordered a single scoop ice cream cone and was given a melted scoop of ice cream in a cup with a cone on top. When I stated the ice cream was melted(literally thinner than a milkshake) i was told "yeah that's why I put it in a cup". I asked do have any ice cream not melted, he said "let me check ". No ice cream.

We ordered 3 times lately. Our order is ALWAYS wrong. Today we got a crushed quart of chocolate chipLast time they gave us mint chocolate chip instead of chocolate chip. I literally get the most basic ice cream and they never get it right. My husband this time asked for pistachio and they send chocolate chip mint. So he got the wrong one and mine is open and crushed then they refuses to refund the order.

I have tried to give this place a chance and they have failed miserably. Today I went to their drive through to order a pralines and cream milkshake and then, when my daughter saw the sign, a tiger milk bubble tea. The guy who was to take my order greeted me by saying, “yeah, what you gon order.” 1️⃣? When I asked for a tiger milk bubble tea, he informed me that they are “only doing ice cream”. I then asked about the pralines and cream milkshake and he said again they were only doing ice cream from Baskin Robbins. Baffled, I apologized for not understanding and asked (knowingly) if the pralines and cream ice cream was from Baskin Robbins or Dunkin Donuts. He then told me they were “only doing one scoop, two scoop, three scoop ice cream”. I asked how they weren’t able to make a milkshake that uses the ice cream they already have and he again said it was just ice cream. Perhaps if he would have had audible and intelligible Social and customer service skills, he could have explained why they couldn’t do the drinks I asked for or what was wrong and I may have been willing to buy the ice cream. However, because he just repeated the same thing, I felt he did not want to do any work and therefore did not bother to spend my time or money there. This location could really use some training, especially if they would like good customer retention rates.
