By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced out of anywhere EVER! Night manager needs to find a new profession. Won’t eat at Burger King again just because of this location. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money here💯‼️👎🏻

We ordered food from the drive-thru, but our order was incorrect. When we tried to go inside to kindly inform them, we found the doors were locked. According to their posted hours, the store was open at around 8:30 PM. Additionally, the staff member who took our order was very unprofessional and gave us attitude.

There's always a black lady with glasses here, who I swear is there 24 hrs. I've seen her for dinner one day and immediately for breakfast the next. Service is immaculate. Quick order. Never really a line at the drive thru. I'm always satisfied when I have to dart for a quick bite.

10:10 AM today, lady at the front with glasses and long hair obviously doesn't want to be there. Got a nasty attitude when ordering I just left without ordering from her. As a Retail Sales Store Manager, if my reps had her attitude she wouldn't be working for me. Lacks customer service skills.

Horrible customer service and dirty! I asked for a basic request all other burger kings accommodate due to my gluten allergy and the guy gave me an attitude and refused. Stop anywhere but here!

Do not attempt to put an application at this restaurant it's unprofessional unorganized it doesn't communicate about your status there rude to every customer I seen them interact with and I only live down the street from them and as everyone else kno them for thy forget to give a food item you pay for but said you didn't pay for it but then want you to pay more.. I AM Telling YALL DON'T WAIST YA TIME OR MONEY HERE (THEY JUS NEED TO GET SHUT DOWN ALL TOGETHER....MY GRANDMOTHER ALWAYS TODAY BLOW UP THE THE COMPANY PHONE AND THEY'LL EVENTUALLY HOW ARE YOU THEY DON'T DO THAT THEY WILL BLOCK YOU NUMBER AND BECAUSE THEY DON'T FEEL LIKE DEALING WITH YOU BUT TELL YOU CALL THEM

This Burger King was very clean, even the restrooms 🚻.
The tables were wiped down, and there were paper crowns all around for the kids to grab and put on. The service was quick, but there were not many customers at the time. Staff was efficient and not overly friendly, but did smile. Food was hot and tasted freshly made.

Just placed an order for 4 meals. The restaurant got two sandwiches wrong and thankfully I checked before leaving. I go back to the store and wait for them to redo the sandwiches. The manager himself took the sandwiches that were done wrong and threw them in the trash and didn’t offer anything to make up for the inconvenience. He was polite the whole time and everyone at the restaurant, but nothing done to make up for their mistake and rather prefer to throw away the food. One of my kids it’s dairy allergic, but one of us could’ve ate the sandwiches with the cheese. Poor customer service and nothing worst than food being wasted like that.

Used to live in the area and they were always bad. Stopped by while visiting friends to get breakfast and was left waiting in drive thru for 5 minutes for somebody to take my order. Nothing has changed
