Used to live in the area and they were always bad. Stopped by while visiting friends to get breakfast and was left waiting in drive thru for 5 minutes for somebody to take my order. Nothing has changed

Lettuce and tomato in the burger seemed past their prime, it seemed slimy and slightly acidic. Some chicken nuggets were hard as a brick. Most other times i come here the food is in better state. Their drive thru has a nest with birds coming in and out..Service is friendly and relatively fast. Overall, i only come here when i have coupons.

The worst burger joint in the area. They give you what they want, poor quality, they steal from you, they want to make fun of you. They are the ones who lose, fewer customers, more for McDonald's.

I waited 25 mins for a $5 meal. The meal wasn’t even $5. It was $7 because they force you to pay an additional $1.30 for fries or onion rings (the ad has them included)
The food was not in the packaging but thrown all over the bag.
I won’t be back to that location in Jessup MD ever again.

Haven’t had Burger King since I was a kid. Thought I would experience nostalgia but I was sadly mistaken. The spicy chicken fries and frozen strawberry lemonade tasted like chemicals. Didn’t like it. The chicken fries were very thin. Food took forever to receive through drive thru but I understood they were short staffed. The cashier was nice.

I've been working at Burger King Carroll's on Washington Blvd in Jessup, MD for over 4 months now, and I'm thrilled to be part of such a supportive and dynamic team! Please work to have people who have some and maybe a little customer experience. If you put someone in DT make sure they communicate and understand basic English. Having to repeat a sandwich name 3 times before they understand is absurd. I travel alot and visit many BK's and this one has been the worse. Paid for food and left it. Good luck with that location.

My family and I (7 of us) decided to get some food late. 3 decided somewhere else. 4 of us decided somewhere else also but the restaurant was closed at 9 pm.
We saw Burger King. Empty line. This is going to be easy. Ordered our food. And we waited. After about 7-10 minutes, from where I’m sitting I see a reflection of two workers making food. Looked like someone in the a brown shirt was being trained by someone in a red or orange shirt. I didn’t care how long it took but the kids and I were hungry.
Got the food… pulled up a little, now we missing a Double Whopper, my sandwich. Also the other sandwiches were without markings on them. Tried knocking on the door the girl mopping ignored us. Drive back to drive thru.
Told them we were missing a sandwich. The manager lady in the red shirt said “I made it I made it myself I know I made. Let me see the bag. How do I know you didn’t eat it?”
They were already eating 2 kids and the wife.
She said “I’m not making you a Double I’ll make you a single”
She kept saying “I made your sandwich”
Asked the guy who bagged our food, How many sandwiches he put in the bag. He says “Honestly I don’t even remember”.
Crazy thing is she got mad and said we were trying to get an extra sandwich. We’ve had bad service before but it felt like we were in the middle of one of those viral social media posts.

I regret coming here. Customer Service doesn’t exist here. I ended up ordering on the App. No one says Hello, give eye contact, a Thank you. Nothing. When I got my food I said Thank you and still nothing…
My son found hair on his croissant and hash browns. I didn’t want to say anything because the staff just seem rude. I felt like they would get upset with me if I said something.
Coffee was disgusting.
