Cheese burnt into non existence into sandwich.
Bread not toasted, sandwich looks like a 4 yr old through it together, dropped it then wrapped it.
If they cant even do the basics right. Robin or whoever the district manager is for this location under Carroll's needs to just close the store down. Threw my sandwich away and went to McDonald's for the first time in 7 years.

I had a great experience at this Burger King thanks to the honesty and professionalism of the staff and Manager Gloria. I accidentally left my credit card behind, and they kept it safe for me until I was able to return later that day. I truly appreciate their integrity and outstanding customer service!

I gotta say evergytime I get food from here my food is always dry and cold. It almost like it just sits on the warmer. Easy spot to stop though.
Came for my lunch break. Food was hot and accurate. I believe the lady was manager that gave me my order. Great job on the team you put together 👍
