Bought a Quart of Chocolate Devotion with little to no toppings! 1 spoon of chocolate chips, 1 brownie and chocolate syrup. I feel like this place needs to do a lil better with their toppings. Dont treat Quart as if it is a “Like it”.

I absolutely love Cold Stone Creamery! Every visit is a delightful experience, from the friendly staff to the incredible variety of flavors and mix-ins. My all-time favorite combination is their banana-flavored ice cream with chocolate chips. The creamy, rich banana flavor is perfectly balanced and tastes like a frozen slice of heaven. Adding chocolate chips takes it to another level, creating the perfect blend of sweetness and texture.

What makes this location extra special is that it’s the only Cold Stone I’ve found that carries the banana-flavored ice cream! It’s such a unique and rare treat, and I make a point to stop by whenever I can. The quality of the ingredients and the freshness of the ice cream make every bite pure bliss. Whether I’m treating myself after a long day or celebrating a special moment, this Cold Stone location never disappoints. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious, customizable dessert experience!

Have visited this location on multiple occasions and it has always been such an awesome experience! Very kind and attentive staff, great ice cream, and very generous portion sizes. We don’t pickup ice cream / ice cream cakes often (probably 3-5 a year), but when we do this is our spot most definitely!

I'm in between dentures and I want to believe that they're not laughing at me behind the counter but three including I think manager we're laughing and looking directly at me even if they're not laughing at me it's very rude to just laugh and stare at a customer the manager even came from the back to look at what they were laughing at if there's a joke going on behind that counter they definitely did not let us the customer know I was very disappointed the only employee that seemed to be really nice was Alexander he was amazing and didn't laugh once. He was so professional and amazing with my son I felt he professionally distanced himself from the group that was laughing . I'm very disappointed Cold Stone

An employee named Nathan seem to be the one that started all the Laughing to begin with once again it's very rude to laugh that much and not be part of the joke not know about the joke it makes the customer think that it's about them especially considering the circumstance

I am so disappointed in the manager laughing I'm so disappointed in Cold Stone all together I'll be calling corporate first thing in the morning we spend hundreds of dollars in birthday parties and birthday cakes an outings in mother groups in PTA coming out here to Cold Stone I literally cried when I got home

To your reply did you read the part where I said there was an authority figure that they ( the employees ) went to the back just to retrieve what I believe was a manager and laugh with that authority figure was laughing perhaps that is why I left without saying anything more. I just know it was not another employee it look like a manager. And that is backed up by your camera footage.

The staff was excellent tonight! We walked in and were greeted warmly, they were conversational and took care of our order well, even with samples and questions. We are not from the area, but wanted to make sure to leave a review bc the service was superb!
