Came in to get a single donut for my son. Waited for about 10 minutes at the register while 2 employees ran around, not even acknowledging my existence. I said excuse me am I able to order here. They said yes. Then the female said we’re very busy (as she leans on the counter) if you really want to order use the kiosk. I said it’s just a donut. She said oh well and smirked. So I walked out. Just to see no cars in the drive thru. I don’t expect much when I go to this location but I do expect to at least be helped.

They are almost always out of something. There is this one lady with pink hair who always seems to have an attitude. Like why work in the service industry with that type of attitude. For the most part the place sees to be clean. There is a few staff members that are fine but like I said the one lady seems to be the one ruining the place. There is a need for better staff.

The doors were locked before closing hours tonight so I wasted my time going here when I could’ve gone to one that wasn’t lying about it’s closing hours :(

This would be a three star location without the absolutely stellar staff. They're almost always out of something, the menu board was out last time I visited, and they seem to run out of packaging supplies more than other dunkin locations.
But man, the staff here is so friendly, warm, and genuine. They're never irritable when reading off the menu and think really well on their feet to solve customer problems. I'd rate this a 3 if the staff were different.

Most times this location is very organized. But the crew working today didn't work. Starting with the young lady at the drive thru. 2x I was almost given coffee not closed properly. Yes it spilled 2x ..only on my hand... 3rd time I was given coffee in a stronger cup. But then I was told to go around because my food wasn't ready... and I soon saw why... there were 3 other cars waiting! Next time I'll pay attention to this and go somewhere else. This crew today needs to work on teamwork and urgency.

Dunkin is worldwide and the hash browns always come with one salt and a ketchup. Not here and they are mushy.
Happy to see pumpkin back but I always miss Blueberry #JFK #RIP.
If this was my brand I would do a go see because I have never felt rushed or had slang used on me at a Dunkin before. It's the little things that help us feel secure.

The mornings are great but once those crews leave in comes the can't get rights. You'll have random STUFF floating in your drinks. Also the afternoon shift acts like they hate the customers who keep their job open. Why even come to work all stank? They act like they can't get beat up inside their job twice

Food was amazing!!! Had the sweet pepper bacon egg and cheese croissant it was phenomenal!! A gentleman named Evron was super nice and helpful. Definitely my best experience with Dunkin

5/1/24- My experience at this location was the best. I had a large order on this particular morning for work and the employee Emita went above and beyond to make sure I received all my items. He was very patient, professional and friendly. Thank you very much Emita for all your assistance. Outstanding employees like this will always be remembered. :)
