IHOP, I'm back. A few year ago I stopped eating at IHOP. The food never looked like the photos on the menu and the service along with the restaurant conditions were horrible. The restaurant chain just seemed so mismanaged.
After years and an invite from a friend, I reluctantly visited and even ate at my local restaurant. To my surprise, I was greeted by the hostess with a real smile, then seated. The restaurant looked clean, no food on the floor around my feet, tables cleaned as patrons left. I mean really wiped and cleaned, not just remove the old dishes. When the waitress came to the table, she was smiling too. It's like she actually enjoyed coming to work. She took our order the food came out and pretty closely march the photos on the menu.
Anyway, I really have to say that IHOP is now back to it old glory. Good job IHOP. ( At least this location). Pankackes on point!

I went this location on 1/1/2026. The menu doesn’t coincide with what they actually bring out or have at all. I ordered the pot roast that was suppose to be in gravy however, it was sheared meat that was super greasy burnt and tasted awful. The loaded mashed potatoes were terrible and the French fries were crinkle cut and weren’t done in the middle. I wanted the broccoli with the garlic butter as a side but the waitress who stated her name was Marie stated that no IHOP’s serve broccoli anymore. Then why is it on the menu ? When she seated us she initially was going to sit us in a section that was clean and suitable but then she attempted to sit us in an area in the back where there was trash literally all over the floor (the paper from the straws, and what looked like ripped up napkins perhaps. This was and is my first time at this IHOP and I will never in life return I live out of state and although I may return to this area in the near future I most definitely WILL NOT be returning to this IHOP. I will be reaching out to corporate and or the health dept. because this is just unacceptable. I was about to take a sip of my water and my friend pointed out that there was something in it and sure enough it was. Needless to say I didn’t eat any of it and when I brought my displeasure to the waitress she brushed it off. I didn’t feel like debating or arguing with her as I had a long drive ahead of me. Worst experience ever and honestly I felt like literally knocking my food on the floor as soon as she brought it out because that’s where it looked like it came from.

This place is very Very horrible and bad service I was waiting for pick up my phone order. Store no busy no customer in dining more then 3 but lots of employees was working. No one is taking responsibly to make food fast. I Saw all employees was talking and chilling. I hope If seeing my review the business owner will be attention to fixed that kind of inconvenience and improve the business

My daughter and I enjoyed our Belgium waffles here. They taste better than Silver Diner and also better than Double T Diner. They were just right, not overly crunchy / crispy like Silver Diner either. The service was great as well.

This was the worst IHOP experience ever! First we got there, and no other customers was there. The fountain beverages was unavailable so no sodas, no lemonade, they had to go to the dollar tree to buy lemonade and that took about thirty minutes so no refills then all 13 orders came out cold after waiting an hour for all the food when we told them not to hold any of the food once or was ready!! To add the manager came out and said because it was such a large party naturally it is inevitable for some of the food to be cold that's just how that works!!! Now I've worked in the food industry for a nice bit of time and never heard such a thing but okay miss manager! Then we asked to pay and we started to say who was paying for what we was told they could only do one check.. ok fine! But then now you saying we can only use one card two? Now we had a big problem... To add I never ate because my food was wrong and cold. And refused to at least discount the cold food that none of us ate. Never ever again! Trying to comeback corporate about this matter because they were very unprofessional and unprepared to do any good service that night!

While google maps said that this is it's busiest time there was only one other family when we got here and only a few other groups showed up. Sadly for some reason the low traffic didn't translate to fast service. The food was nice but nothing to write home about.
