While google maps said that this is it's busiest time there was only one other family when we got here and only a few other groups showed up. Sadly for some reason the low traffic didn't translate to fast service. The food was nice but nothing to write home about.

This is by far better than most IHOP restaurants I have been to. Excellent service and food served hot fresh and exactly to order. It’s off the beaten path for me but this location is far superior to the one by my house. But I am not driving 50 miles to go to this one regularly but when in the area I’m definitely stopping again. For context we were there fairly early on a Saturday morning.
This is an unrealistically beautiful place to enjoy your meal, extremely beautiful employees, their hospitality is so friendly, out of 1000 of restaurants I’ve been visited probably this one is the number one out of all. Thank you beautiful & sweet friendly employee IHOP is very lucky to have you all on the same time.
