I had a terrible experience at Jimmy John's. I waited forever for my food because there was only one person working the entire store—taking orders, making sandwiches, and running the register. It was clear they were overwhelmed, and it made the service painfully slow. Not “freaky fast” at all. Do better.

Ordering the combos will cost you $3-$5 more than ordering the chips and drink separately. The food was good but the scam left a bad taste in my mouth.

Sandwich is just as good as all other JJ. Not the best but I still love it. Very high in price for above mediocre sandwich. When ready, service is good. Hence when ready. I came during opening hours and I was told they’re not open. I said it’s 1 min before opening. Turns out they haven’t gotten the store ready or the bread baked yet. Just like any restaurant, everything including food should be ready before opening. No excuse for trying to usher me out. Because of that, atmosphere seem to sour. I’m I wrong? I decide to wait instead of going to another restaurant. 4 star for food which is good, because they are. You’ll have enjoy this JJ more if you came 30 min after opening.

Look I'm not a huge fan of Jimmy John's food but I decided to give them another shot. I have to say unfortunately I'm still not a fan of it. With that being said the employees were friendly, the restaurant was very clean, and my meal was fresh. I sort of feel bad for giving them a 4 stars instead of five but I simply can't get over the price. A drink, sub, chips, and a brownie on the promo come out to $15. If we compare them to fast food then using deals on apps you can either get more food or the same amount of food for less money at competitors. If we compare them to fast casual restaurants then sure $15 isn't bad but you are getting much higher quality food at pretty much every fast causal restaurant. If my meal was about $2-3 cheaper I would feel more comfortable giving them a 5 stars.
