This place advertise that they are open 24 hours, but I showed up and they had cones blocking the drive-through and were closed. This is false advertisement and I will be reporting them to the bureaus. You have people driving out of their way to come here because it says it is 24 hours just for you to be close. This is not fair a waste of peoples time and gas.

Hello, around 11:50pm I placed a order for the drive thru and around 11:58pm I arrived at the drive thru to pick up my order but the cashier repeatedly said they do not have it. I then proceeded to drive up to the second window, and the cashier lady in the purple vest kept telling me they do not have it even though I was showing her proof that I placed a order at this McDonald’s. After going back and forth for a little bit the manager comes to the window and finally helps me with the order I placed after I showed her the same proof. My experience was bad because the cashier at first refused to double check the system and she proceeded to slam my order on the counter when it was finally ready. In conclusion, I am upset with customer service I have received.

McDonald’s did not disappoint. The Deluxe McChicken Meal was tasty and fresh. The French Fries had no salt on them as requested, and there was no sugar in it,as requested. The Big Mac was well done.
Vegetarian options: People can get fruit, eggs on biscuits without meat.also pancakes are available too.
Kid-friendliness: They have special kids meal with a toy.

Food packer was unreasonable and dismissively rude. Purchased 4 meals (2 were nugget meals). There was one sauce in the bag. I then asked for 4. She said 30cents each. I reached into my wallet and she stopped me, gave me 1 sauce and said “That’s it. No more. Good bye.” I guess they deduct the sauce cost from paychecks because she refused to give enough sauce for each meal to at least have one.
What are we paying for if the service is trash and the sauce is ofd limits?
