Poorly managed. Terrible service. Took over 40 minutes in the pickup before I had to walk up. Then, they said they don't have food (DON'T HAVE FOOD), and I have to cancel the order. They shouldn't have taken the order or canceled it themselves! Definitely shouldn't leave people sit there forever. Never again.

Don’t continue to fund this McDonald’s. Ordered 3 small vanilla cones and a McFlurry. After 20 minutes I went up to the counter to see what’s going on. When I asked the lady she paused looked at me as if she heard me but the turned around ignoring me. I tried a few other people and eventually was sent someone who handed me 2 melted cones which was dripping all over the floor. I told them to take it back and get some that haven’t been sitting. That took another 15 minutes. Not sure how people can order at the register and get their items before me even when I had placed my order well ahead of theirs. People here are awful too. Just rude!

They have clean bathrooms here as well as the usual assortment Big Macs, cheeseburgers and fries.
Easily one of the best McDonalds I've been too. The fries were warm and perfectly crispy. I could tell that the oil was clean. I ordered through the drive thru and there was literally no wait. Super pleased with the service and food!

They have yet to mess up my Oder like other fast food restaurants in the Ft Meade area have. I typically get a burger or nuggets with a special request and have no issues. They do skimp out on the Big Mac sauce if I get it on a burger. I think they use fresh oil for the fries and nuggets because I don’t get that nasty old oil taste. This may be due to going there for lunch. Pretty decent place however.
