The Black bean soup is more like broth with some black beans in it, at the bottom. I expected a thicker consistency soup, like the photo when you show the soup on the menu. The photo clearly shows a thicker soup with visible beans on top, not what you're serving. I will be taking it back for a refund.

12 dollars for such tiny portions is criminal. Do better Panera

The slowest breakfast drive through in the world on weekdays. The line just doesn't ever move. If you go at 7am on a weekday, good luck. Expect a 25 minutes wait to serve a 4 car line. You WILL be late for work.

Recently opened Panera. Have plenty of parking and seating, it's brightly lit with big windows, the decor is newer style.
But food is just okay, delivered quickly and prepared is a haste. Ok place to grab a coffee but for hot tea the hot water is never hot....always lukewarm 😔.

Never had to wait 25 minutes to get soup and sandwich at a Panera in my life. Especially when the place was nearly empty. There were only 2 people on front of me. The staff was more concerned about a catering order than serving the customers standing in front of them. And there were literally 8 people working food prep. Never going back to the Columbia location again. And, oh yeah, it cost over $15.00 for soup, sandwich and a drink! No wonder the place was dead.

I've been hooked on the tuna sandwich lately. It's so good! But don't get it on the salt and pepper focaccia because the bread is too big for the amount of tuna they give. I learned that the hard way. The sour dough bread it comes on is delicious though. I enjoyed the experience there. Very clean, quiet, and the customer service is good.

The chocolate croissant is the best item here! They do tend to sell out each day!
Placed a late night order for nags of bagels with an early morning pickup and everything was done correctly before I arrived

The poor girl took my order, she was so sweet and nice. She made a mistake and didn't do something correct. I waited about twenty minutes before going back to find out they never sent my order to the kitchen. Then about ten minutes after, I had run out of time, I went to see if I could get a refund and leave. The manager in pink wouldn't even let me talk. She interrupted me every word I said. She just kept starting with this creepy smile and interrupting me. She was terribly rude. I couldn't even say I had been waiting for so long, not even having a chance to receive my order. I would never want her on my team. She should do better to train her associates and take some notes from the nice girls at the register
