Nice and new feeling. Set up very well. Went for breakfast. Bagel and sandwich options. Dining area was clean.
Tried Broccoli Cheddar soup, loved it
Slowest drive-through ever! The smoothies are watery and smaller than other Panera places. I rather drive a little farther to another Panera.

Food is good but they dont know how to answer the phone when a customer calls.
Tried ordering on the mobile app. Tried 8 different breakfast sandwiches during breakfast hours. All 8 said not available at this location. I so wish there was another Panera closer to me. This one always has an issue with something or another. Just annoying because I actually like Paneras food. 3rd bad experience straight. That was my last try here. Drive thru here is the slowest anywhere.
This Panera has always been slow. It was slow when it opened and continues to be slow. Can’t figure out why since they seem to have lots of people working in the kitchen. It has gotten busier since the Panera in Hanover closed but they are slow in the early morning weekends and evenings too.
Favorites are the chicken avocado sandwich and the Fuji apple salads.
Do not go during lunch time weekdays and park near the drive through route. We were blocked in by the line of cars wrapping around the parking lot. Had to wait about 15 minutes til a nice driver was able to shuffle over and provided enough space for our car to get out.

Slowest Panera i have ever been to and they just don't care. I pre-order, show up 10 -15 min after order, and I still am made to wait another 15 min!!!! What in the world! Incompetence at its best. 😕

Bad service from the person in the kitchen we pay for chiken NOODLES soup not for wather soup and when I asking the person in the kitchen shen answer with bad actitud really bad service

During my recent visit, a man was smoking right in front of the entrance, making it unpleasant for customers walking in, and his car was parked in a handicapped space, though I’m unsure if he had a permit. If you’re uncomfortable around smoking, you may want to reconsider visiting this location to avoid risking your health. I hope Panera Bread takes steps to ensure a more welcoming and considerate environment.

Eric, the drive-through attendant, demonstrated remarkable patience and flexibility after the window when I struggled to decide, extending a warm greeting and exemplary customer service – a truly uncommon find.

Very slow and the lady at the window looked very unhappy. They don’t care to the point they don’t ask for loyalty number. They skipped asking for the number as if they were going to get served right away. Be aware of the long wait time. I like Panera Break but I am now wondering if I should go at this place because this is the second time I waited for too long.

Not my favorite location… staff can get pretty rowdy while the store is a mess, dirty and the coffee…cold. Some staff are completely unprofessional, immature and unaware but I’m sure this falls on management. I’ll stick to the other stores
