Came for a delivery 9 am appt in a door and out in 30 mins. Was a partial load and no other trucks attempting deliveries. But I did overnight with no issue.
Blue circle was a couple spots open at night to back into.
Red circle For Panera check in is in corner of building no signs. Just a door with a doorbell. The other company that operates out the same building check in is in front of building.
Four stars because no real signage and didn’t see a bathroom. I pulled into left side coming off the road but makes sense to pull into the right side that way you don’t have to turn around once in the back but if you over night well you’ll have to spin the truck around anyways.

Easy enough space to maneuver, check in is seamless and lady at the desk is nice and pleasant. There's some spaces where you can park overnight but it gets pretty busy in the early AM.

Got there at 11pm for a morning delivery, receiving comes in at 8am but the guys loading the Panera trucks unloaded me that night. Thank you! Spent my reset there very pleased
