What a PLEASANT SURPRISE! My wife and I frequently go to this out of the way shopping center for three stores: Ollie's, Mom's and a Goodwill Thrift store. We always pass Pollo Fiesta on the way in but never ate here before this visit. First things first, I am GLUTEN FREE and MANY "Peruvian" or South American rotisserie chicken places marinate the fowl in BEER (cerveza) and/or use soy sauce in seasoning...this prohibits the delightful pollo from my diet! The wonderful young lady who was managing Pollo Fiesta the day we were there assured me that the chicken was hand rubbed with a gluten free seasoning blend. Both my wife and I LOVED it! I had a side of black beans that were good. NOT GREAT, to me, because I am used to Cuban black beans that are seasoned differently. My wife had a side of plantain that she loved. This restaurant does not offer much in the way of ambience. But it IS very suitable for a family with young kids! The service is wonderful! I highly recommend this restaurant!

Lots to choose from on the menu. I ordered quarter chicken with yucca & plantains. Yucca had come right out of the fryer and was nice & crispy. Sauces were tasty.

I love this restaurant. Their rotisserie chicken is great. I enjoyed the fried rice and fried plantains. Real tasty. The service is very genuine and great Latin desserts (tres leches and flan are my favorites ) 5 stars!! Great environment.

My wife, daughter and I have visited this little restaurant and have fallen in love with the food. The various food dishes we have tried are reeeally good and we consider ourselves extreme foodies. Some great dishes include the pupusa, empanada, and birria goat taco. The veggies are fresh and delicious as well.Dietary restrictions: There are lots of options for gluten free folks, but it might be difficult to communicate this clearly to staff as they may not speak good English

42/100Food: Flavor and Texture (60 points): 30 points - Chicken flavor was well seasoned but cooked much more than my preference. If it was cooked any longer, it would have been dry. Sides were unflavorful with most of the vegetables only being steamed with some butter.Food: Quality and Skillfulness (10 points): 5 points - Quality was average with skillfulness in cooking the chicken being above average. Sides were not cooked well.Food: Presentation (5 points): 2 points - Not picture worthy but still plated in a eat at home fashionValue (10 points): 3 points - $50 for 2 whole chickens and 3 meager sides, there isn't much value compared to ordering Costco chicken.Service and setting (-5 to 5 points): 0 points - Service was slow and environment was not the most comfortable place to go. Seating arrangements were in front of the cashierLegitimacy or Creativity (5 points): 2 points - Legitimate Peruvian chicken but nothing creative pushing those limitationsMemorability (5 points): 0 points - Nothing was memorable about eating here

LOOOOOOVE their birria tacos as well as the chicken and cheese pupusas! I recently tried their charbroiled chicken rice and beans, yuka, and plantains... JUST YUMMY now I don't have to go to laurel anymore! Great spot. The service is great everytime I stop in.

Really good food. As far as I can tell, very authentic food. I've tried a variety of the menu items as take out and really enjoyed it.Last time I was there I had a Birria Quesadilla. Never had one like it in the chain restaurants. So delicious. The baleada and the plantains are so good. Good size portions. The rotisserie chicken is great too. Haven't had a bad lunch. As far as the atmosphere, it's a bit of a hole in the wall. Don't judge the book by the cover!Their primary language is Spanish, but they have some folks that speak English, so I haven't had any issues. Recommend a little patience.
