I would definitely go back. I liked the customer service. A very friendly girl served me. I asked her about the specials and she helped me with that. I politely asked her name and she said it was Milly. I appreciated the attention she gave me. The food was very fresh and crispy. Excellent service.

The chicken was fresh but my order was incorrect with missing items and management wasn't helpful to correct the issue.

I had to do stars or can't post. If you are looking for the deals offered everywhere else do not go to this Popeyes. They never honor the deals that are offered on tv or at other Popeyes I went for the 3pc 5 dollar deal they did not honor the deal. So off to McDonald I went will never go there again. What a rip off all Popeyes should honor specials that are offered

I went to Popeyes for lunch and got the shrimp meal with French fries and a sweet tea. Once I got back to work I take out all the French fries to find a little bit of shrimp at the bottom of the box. I called the property 2 times and no answer truly disappointed and upset. I spent $11.01 for basically french fries, a biscuit and a sweet tea.. I won’t be returning!! I wish could attach a photo about this foolishness!!

Coming to revise my review! Today the service was awesome. The young lady who took my order over the drive-thru speaker was very pleasant we even cracked some jokes because I wanted to try the hot ones meals and sauces, everyone seems very hospitable and professional. The food was excellent and the Sprite takes it a little bit better than I'm used to from a fast food place. I would come back base off of the customer service alone but the food and hospitality we're definitely icing on the cake!

the people that work here are so rude and have no consideration for customers, especially in the drive thru lane. we’ve gotten food from here a few times and they seem to always mess the order up in one way or another. would never recommend this place.

Listen up folks! Be aware that your food may not be as fresh as you think!!!
Let's just start with customer service.
If your order is not being repeated back to you or at least the order taker is asking you if everything on the screen looks correct. You basically don't have an argument when you bring your food back.
However, this particular time when I went back to discuss my incorrect order. My order was taken back through the drive-thru window & placed back into the hot window to be reserved for a future guest.
I didn't mean to cause commotion, but I yelled at the employee that took my food back & put it back into the hot window.
Even though I did not touch the food, why would you take my food back & put it back in the hot window to serve someone else when they come in to order???
First & foremost no food should be taken back into the store & over the counter into the kitchen anywhere. Not even to be thrown away. The employee should establish the order was incorrect by viewing the receipt & the item(s) shall be corrected in a new container.
Very disappointed & disgusting!!!😡😞
This definitely was a mistake that should have NEVER happened & common sense was not used at all!!!
Will I return to this location again, probably not.
