Very happy with my experience. I wanted the have the Iced Sugar Cookie drink but it's 30 degrees in November so I requested it as a hot drink. And they obliged! Which was amazing bc the drink turned out so delicious. I also recommend the cinnamon coffee cake. It's deeeeeeelicious. The staff was nice. The tables were clean. Would recommend to anyone

After traveling for hours, we really needed a late evening coffee stop to continue on our drive. The girls working tonight greeted us warmly upon entrance. After getting my drink I realized my coffee had whip cream. We had an allergy concern as one of us is more allergic than the other, and they checked all the ingredients in our holiday drink. I greatly appreciate their thoroughness! Their kindness and accommodation do not go unnoticed! We will stop by again on return drive home

I came in this morning to grab some breakfast for myself and my son before dropping him off for school. When we walked in at 5:30AM, it was a full house! Lots of customers waiting for drinks or food or both and only one worker running around visibly upset while trying to do everything from taking orders to getting food and making the drinks. I can’t believe an establishment like Starbucks would treat their workers with so little respect that there is only one person scheduled on the floor! Absolutely appalling! I had placed online orders ahead of time so we could get in and out and that did not happen this morning. I placed the order when we left the house and when we got there 15 minutes later it still wasn’t ready. I noticed the only barista working speaking with someone sitting in the lobby which I presume to be another worker, I’m awfully perplexed with why he wasn’t helping her out. Everyone waiting for food and drinks were also getting upset and whole room was unbearable to be in. When I finally got my order and left I barely made it in time to not make my son late for school. I’d give a zero out of 5 stars if I could, this was the worse Starbucks experience I’ve had yet! Never going to this location again!

First and probably last time that I visit this location.
I’m a Hispanic guy, came with my girlfriend today and the service was horrendous I came to the line and wait for about 5 and none of the guys looked at us to say “one moment I’ll be with you in a moment” or something like that, another gentleman (white gentleman) came out from the restroom and walked in front of me and right away one of the workers said “one moment I’ll take care of you in a moment”. Felt like they didn’t care my girlfriend and me were there just because we are Hispanics.

This place does not know how to do cold foam and the coffee is also drastically watered down. If I wanted coffee with cream I would order regular coffee with cream instead of being charged for a cold brew with cold foam. Definitely not worth to spend your money here.

Update: Starbucks responded that the drink could have been remade for free. However, I did ask for the drink to be remade and I got watered down coffee with a separate cup for just simple cream to put it myself. Note it wasn’t cold foam.

Came to the store to pick up an order from Door-Dash, the store was busy. I waited 20+ minutes and had to leave because the woman making the drinks was being very rude, I understand you're busy but that doesn't give you the right to treat people badly. It got to the point that they were talking between themselves but loud enough for customers to hear "the delivery orders have to wait because we don't have time to make them right now". Funny enough, another delivery pickup came and they gave him his order right away.

Today a woman at the register helped us and it seemed she had an attitude and really seemed disengaged. I thought maybe she was having an off day but then I watched how she interacted with other customers and she was being pleasant. I have to say it made me not want to visit here again along with the very long wait and The remodel makes it much smaller and crowded.

Another flop. Staff treats work like more of a social event than a business. Stood at the counter for an extended period of time while the two employees conversed and didn’t acknowledge. No they weren’t busy. Maybe they didn’t see me? Negative. The store is approximately 15 x 20’. If you are going to steal six dollars for a cuppa coffee, I want to be served efficiently. This is a job, not a facility for self improvement or socializing. Get to work.

I used to like this place but after the remodeling, the inside got smaller for dine in. It’s hard to have a private space like before. When crowded, people have to stand in the door way waiting for their orders.

Had a very bad experience with this store. Foods and drinks were good, but the “store manager(?)”, Kyle, was horrible. The attitude towards paying customers was unacceptable. As a customer, we said thank you first for the service but we received nothing back. Good brand name in horrible hands.
