I have never been to a Starbucks where there has been only one person working. I just need to commend whoever she was cause she was taking orders heating food and making coffee all on her own and she deserves some recognition for it!

This location is right off the 95 so it is great for a quick stop for coffee or a snack. A good amount of seating combined with great service allows me to sometimes sit and relax a bit before getting back on the road.

Do yourself a favor DO NOT frequent this Starbucks. It’s awful. Kyra on multiple occasions is extremely rude and takes things far too seriously. We went through hell to get a pup cup for our Birthday dog even after offering to pay for it. She seems to always be super uptight. I’ve tried this place but nope we will head to Dobbin from here on out at least until Kyra’s finds a new career.

Last week I ordered a cold Matcha with oat milk, surprise, my cup was full of ice, and I can't enjoy it.
One of the best Starbucks cafe’s near me. My order is always ready on time and flawlessly made. I’ve been studying at the cafe in the evenings and every interaction I’ve had with the baristas has been exceptional. Sam and DD, specifically, have gone above and beyond to make every customer feel valued and respected. The renovation is lovely and has elevated the cafe completely. 10/10.

Inattentive to the people waiting, no acknowledgement,
The worst part, she gave out FREE coffees to her friends who arrived after us and made it on the spot when they requested. They were priority. Even though we waited and ordered and PAID.

One of Baristas with a negative disposition took all of my 100 points to pay for refill mug because I disapprove of her knocking loudly on the bathroom door because she wanted to use the bathroom and I a customer's was finishing up.... very disappointing

I am a frequent Starbucks goer and have traveled to many cafés across the East Coast and the globe. This has to be the fastest and one of the cheeriest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. My drink was done extremely quickly, and my food came out less than a minute after. All the while the barista’s were very friendly and informative on different ideas for drink based on my likes. Such a pleasant experience!
