So happy to have found Wild Seafood, wish we'd found it sooner! We bought a couple of beautiful swordfish steaks here yesterday, and they turned out to be the best swordfish steaks we've ever had. Everyone at the shop was so friendly and helpful, and they even cut a new steak for us so that it would be the same width as the other steak we'd picked out. We will not settle for grocery-store fish any more; we will make the drive up the BW Parkway to Wild Seafood.
With the closure of my favorite oyster restaurant this past year, Wild Seafood filled the gap wonderfully. The quality and flavour of the oysters we purchased for home shucking far outweighed the oysters we bought from a nearby Whole Foods.
It's also interesting that the smell wasn't overwhelmingly fishy inside compared to how filled the space is. I think that speaks to the quality of everything. I'm stoked to add Wild Seafood to our regular shopping...
