There's no point in ordering via your Mobile app if you have to wait three times as long as someone who walks in and orders or twice as long as going through the drive-thru. The ticket stays posted, and their priority is to work out tickets from the counter and drive-thru. 'If' (and that's a big if) I go back to this location, I'm only doing walk-ins to place my order since the drive-thru is usually busier.

Today my daughter and I went a little far afield, starting in Baltimore City and driving through Baltimore County as far as the tippy little edge of Hartford County where we enjoyed coffee at this fantastic classy Dunkin. We ordered from the car upon arrival using the app, and our coffee awaited us within. Good coffee and plenty of birds flying overhead

this is THE BEST dunkin on the east coast. order accuracy is 100%, if my order has ever come out wrong i check my receipt and i ordered wrong on the app. the staff is lighting fast, friendly, and remember names. you absolutely cannot beat it. i’ve been to over 100 different dunkin establishments and this one is by far the best. a true college town anomaly. and a caffeine addicts dream.

I frequent this Dunkin at least once, sometimes twice a week. The employees are nice and usually quick. If you place the order through the drive through it usually comes out pretty good. Recently I’ve been grabbing Dunkin before class in the mornings so I place an online pick up order and run inside so I don’t get screwed by the drive thru. Now that I’ve been placing my order online it never tastes the same as it would if I placed it through the drive thru. The cold foam is always very skimpy even though I arrive 2-3 minutes after the order is placed. And today it tasted like there was barely any pumpkin flavor. Too inconsistent with online ordering. $6 meal deal never ends up being $6 with all add on charges and you can’t even select a different kind of breakfast sandwich.

The staff is usually friendly, but rarely get my order 100% correct. My sandwiches are never toasted,. Today I requested Hot Honey bacon wrap (which costs more than what I got), and I'm not even sure it was bacon. It kind of looked like ham. I was looking forward to the heat, but there wasn't any.
