Food is good but that's all I'll give it second time my order is messed up I'm done I ordered a bacon burger with onion rings two 2liters sodas 1 coke 1 sprite and my wife got her usual she got her order but mine was messed up no onion rings got old bay sqwiggle fries gross and no coke was talking to the guy who brought it turns out same guy on the phone and I didn't get my receipt kinda feel like I been cheated I order from here all the time because I love the food but this experience has ruined it for me will not order again..

Food is always very good. And service is typically good, but like they say, it only takes one time for a negative interaction to stick. I came in tonight to pickup my order from Grubhub. Received no real greeting, was asked to present my order via mobile for verification, which was completely fine. The guy read my order and directed me to where the sodas were so I could grab them. I grabbed the two Pepsi's for my order and he said, "You got two Pepsi with your order?" I said yes. He looked at me rather incredulously. The interaction felt awkward like he was questioning my purchase/ my truthfulness. He had JUST read my order to verify it. I presented my order on my cellphone again for verification and he looked it over again and verifies. Simply shook his head and went about it.

The interaction was off putting and almost accusatory. I felt uncomfortable. If they don't trust the customer to get the goods themselves then simply provide it with the full order during pickup, instead of having these awkward exchanges.

While the food has been great; I'll hesitate to patronize again. The interaction I had over the weekend, while patronizing the establishment with my son, was pleasant and accommodating. I don't know what changed in a few days.

This place is horrible! Do not go unless you wanna be disrespected and gave food with bugs in it!! I had my man pick up a burger he ordered for me & when he got there they tried to sell him a cheese steak sub for 18$ he never asked for and refused to make the 7$ burger. So I called them myself to re order what I actually wanted and they said “didn’t you send a guy in here when we already made the burger, we are not redoing your order” and hung up. When they tried to give us a sub not burger. So I had someone else get my actual order and there was a beetle inside my sandwich most disgusting thing EVER! And there store is mouse infested won’t be going back.

I live down the street and often order here especially pizza. Tonight we ordered wings as well as pizza… FIRE! The crust on the wings was phenomenally cooked to perfection. Oil tastes new, cooked very well, very moist but not soggy at all. The employees have always been helpful and respectful :) thank you ! Will be coming back :)

I ordered today food from here. It was surprising wonderful always needless to say the order taker may have lacked effective communication skills but as always when the food is delivered we will the end result

This place is BANGIN. I was hesitant to try because of the reviews but they are completely false and probably from people just trying to get free food. The food is always hot AF and the flavors are great. I always get the 24K gold wings and they’re always hot and saucy. Give this place a try and you won’t regret it.

Once again the order is screwed up. My food is made wrong every time I order it. When the order plainly says stromboli only cheese with NO sauce, why would you put sauce inside of it??? This is why we stopped ordering from this place last time. They never get the order right!
