10/10. If you want consistently great Chinese food, ORDER FROM HERE. My coworkers and I make this a a MUST every week. I sometimes get dinner on the way home too! Food is always great. I never have any complaints. Also their Spring Rolls are to die for. As per usual 10/10 will be going back.

New Chinese Boys has been our go-to staple since we moved to the area 4 years ago. Not only is the food affordable and delicious, but they are also very generous with portion sizes and often throw in extra rice or spring rolls if you pay in cash. On top of that, the owner, Miki, runs a very tight ship. Food is efficiently prepared by the kitchen staff and you never have to wait long for it. At the same time, staff is warm and friendly, and take kindly to regulars in their shop. It truly is your neighborhood Chinese shop, where you know exactly what you’re going to get, and there is a comfort in that.

Gotta say - I LOVE New Chinese Boys! Since moving to Harford County in 2021, this has been my family’s go-to restaurant for great Chinese-American cuisine. I’ve got to commend the service, quality, and speed of service! Listen y’all, this place is not to be slept on!

Absolutely disgusting! I ordered shrimp egg foo young and 2 other entrees. The gravy for the egg foo young was extremely thick, tasteless, and had an abnormal smell. A total waste of money. Never again!

Food was very very bland. I ordered lunch specials. Chicken egg foo young, beef and mixed veg, chicken fried rice no veg. included with special was an egg roll and wonton soup. Egg roll was so greasy I couldn't even eat it. The gravy for the egg foo young was so thick and tasteless. The fried rice was bland and chalky. I only ordered here because I heard from others it was good. I usually order from a local chinese place which I will stick to ... this was not worth the money or the craving for Chinese food. I have a tip for the cooks add soy sauce or salt to the dish while cooking

Americanized Chinese food at its core with nothing entirely unique or particularity identifiable in Chinese Boys rice dishes or egg rolls.

A great chef once said a quality chinese spot can be found when a location puts time/passion into their egg rolls - this location has one of the more bland generic eggroll offerings I've sampled. The size was okay, but the filling was nearly nonexistent.

The 'shrimp' less shrimp egg roll was also lacking depth in flavor. Without a celery or even carrots, there was no depth in the cabbage leaving for an tremendously merger experience. The fried rice was ok and sugary - not entirely bad and filled with plenty of shrimp as requested.

Pricing is competitive.

The egg roll was greasy. The moo shu pancakes were smooshed together. The H9 was not hot & spicy and was supposed to come with rice. Neither. The hot & sour soup could have been spicier. First time there
