I love just about everything about Rita's. My favorite is the chocolate/chocolate gelati

Someone needs to train their workers line control. There were four of us in line. After the girl in the first window waited on the first three, she closed the window in my face and left me and two customers standing there. At the next window, the girl decided to wait on a customer that just walked up to the window. When I tried to explain to her what was going on, she just looked at me with a blank stir. The other customers behind me left. I thought that the two employees were rude and unprofessional. I thought that she was also condescending when she apologized to the other customers and not me.

I can only relate my experience with their Italian ice, but it's the best around. They have lots of great flavors, now including sugar free options, and you can taste anything before buying. Smooth and a fine texture, and never tastes processed.

This Rita's is friendly, well run and always has a ton of choices. The employees are courteous and I really enjoyed my frozen strawberry lemonade.

Ordered a cookies and cream concrete. There was a hair in the first bite. We showed the Rita’s worker and asked him to remake it. A few bites into the second one, we found another hair. Won’t be coming back again :(
