This place needs to hire more people . It is the slowest drive thru in the world. I went in once just to see how the place was functioning and there was only like 3 people working. Hire more people so the service and food are both better.

8:30pm, $27 for 2 #1 meals medium and 6 nuggets. Food quality poor, lukewarm at best, fries were not hot and they forgot the BBQ sauce. Get your act together and focus on quality! Your dining room was locked and we could not get a replacement sauce and couldn't get back in line for the wait. Training needs to be emphasized at this location. How could the MOD allow their shift to run this poorly.

Please don't come to this restaurant. There is a male waiter at the front desk and a female waiter inside with very bad attitudes! They are not welcome here, and they verbally attack when ordering. Bad review.

Waited 10 minutes no one acknowledge me, Then they said it’ll be about 10 minutes for lunch so I guess they’re closed for a 10 to 20 minute. Period in between breakfast and lunch.

Absolute worst food. Burger raw, fries terrible soda flat, service sucked. Bathroom no paper towels, no toilet paper, no napkins. Manager on duty had an attitude. Got zero part of the order correct. I’m actually calling the health department tomorrow!! See below to make a complaint to corporate!

I had went inside to order and was totally ignored! The stall ALL looked behind and around me, my daughter,and granddaughter! I don’t like bringing race into it BUT we were the only white people in the restaurant. We had waited about 10 minutes and NO acknowledgment at all. One girl was even at the cookies right next to the cash register and NOTHING! TOTALLY IGNORED!

If you're going to close early put a sign on the door. All the lights are on in the building but your doors are locked and it's at least an hour before you're supposed to close kind of ridiculous that stores can do this kind of thing
