As a first time guest, the waitress/bar tender was extremely rude. We walk in and didn't get greated. We sit down and she throws the menus at us. The men in our group ask if there's anything on tap and she very rudely states no. We then proceed to ask if there's any drink specials and she states very childish, drink specials end during Friday happy hour. Needless to say, we only stayed long enough to drink the bottles beer we ordered then headed over to a better place. She needs to learn some people skills as we were ready to spend money, drink, and hang out.

Two great bartenders... came in when Sam was closing her shift and Keith was starting his. Smoothest transition of power ever... no pressure to close the existing tab or any shortage of cool vibes

It's a great place. Check it out. Loaded smash burgers are great. I hope they never get rid of the jambalaya and rice.

We have been coming here for about a year now and the fish and chips and jambalaya are the best. The cook staff are quick and food is always good. The drinks were good when we finally got them. Our glasses (well plastic cups) were empty for a while. No acknowledgement from bartender with long hair. She just sat on her phone and did her makeup while we sat with empty cups of both drink and ice water (she gave no ice). We were willing to stay longer but she would not come over to give us another drink. We had to call her over multiple times for water, the check, etc. She never smiled or said a word to us. We paid our check and left and she never said goodbye or come again or anything. We want to continue to come here but not with this service.

My boyfriend has a couple really good experiences here, but this afternoon he did not… for starters he went up and ordered just 1 beer, after handing the bartender exact change, the bartender looked confused and proceeded to ask where the tip was.. making my boyfriend uncomfortable, he gave him an extra dollar. Then after when him and his friends ordered some chicken bites (which are very good), the waitress treated them awfully, acting as though they were intruding, and that actually serving them was such a burden. Safe to say we will not be returning! Big Falls is the way to go!!
