We have gone here twice and both times they were closed when online it stated they were open. The first time, they were just closed a week for vacation and didn’t answer the phone. Second time they had closed 40 minutes before it said online. My advice would be to always try calling first. It’s a long drive out to Kitzmiller and this is the only restaurant around. I will edit my review once we finally get a chance to actually eat here…

We’ve eaten here a few times and have never been disappointed. The food and service are wonderful and the place makes me feel like I’m dining with friends.

THE best sweet tea I've had in years!! Deep fried corn on the cob was excellent. You must try the "wedgie"!! A nice spin on sandwiches! Not your average "diner". Lots to look at while you wait and you can purchase a variety of items here.

My meal was tasteless. Cheap, but tasteless. The place was kinda cute and clean. The server was attentive, but the was only one more table of people. I would go for all the little decorations the owner

One of my favorite places to stop when working within 40 miles of the place. Food is always excellent, staff is welcoming, and even the locals have greated me with a warm welcome when I have stopped. Their community support just adds to the package. If you haven't visited, your missing out.

The food is always amazing. The staff go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are satisfied. From the great homemade food to the friendly small town service. Great place to bring your family, without breaking the bank.Kid-friendliness: They have booster seats and high chairs and the atmosphere is wonderful for children.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and the doors both open if needed giving ample space for a wheelchair to push through. Same goes for seating. A person can roll the wheelchair right up to the table with ease.

Great place to grab a bite to eat after a long morning of fishing the North Branch of the Potomac river. Food is always great and atmosphere is very relaxed as locals love to make this there spot to eat. I LOVE their grilled cheese with ham and tomato sandwiches. I usually get TWO of them to go with a bowl of sweet, delicious chili. I never miss to stop there when fishing there in the Spring, Summer, of Fall. Always great service and food.

The ambience is amazing. The food is OK. I ordered a burger with onion rings as a side. It came with three onion-rings.
