Empty drive through but a 10 minute wait for food that was cold, stale and disgusting. The fries were soggy and cold, the buns on the burgers were literally crunchy. The only edible part of the meal was the Diet Coke.
The Frederick county health department needs to inspect this dump asap.

Every time there is a new toy released with the kids meals some how this McDonald’s always runs out and then hands out old toys to hopeful children and making them unhappy. The icing on the cake is the false advertisement for Monopoly Go pieces. How come every time I order something on the app that’s supposed to come with monopoly pieces and then get zero after I pay. We don’t eat at McDonald’s much but obviously now is to get monopoly pieces. Go buy food somewhere else if you are expecting monopoly pieces, they don’t have any for customers.

We ended up missing an item from our order, but the gentleman who brought out our food was so nice. Just a lot of positive vibes and seems like a hard worker. He needs a raise.

My snack wraps were old, lettuce was brown, 1 of my sandwiches didn’t have bacon on it that I paid extra for Terrible!!!!

I decided to go inside this morning for breakfast and i ordered on the kiosk. My order came up to $10 something and i only had $7.47 on Apple Pay/Apple cash. I wanted to use that and pay the rest in cash at the counter. I canceled the transaction and a message came up on the screen “receive refund at counter” when I spoke to the workers about it, the manager told me she can’t give me my refund. So now I have to contact Apple to report the transaction. This is very inconvenient and their kiosk machines should not tell customers they will receive their refund at the counter, if it’s not possible. I recommend the McDonald’s in Frederick on Buckeyestown pike, best customer service I’ve seen so far.

I went through the drive thru and requested their mocha iced coffee. I was told they do not carry it but they have it in vanilla or in pumpkin flavor. Maybe remove it from the menu as well as the online menu. It’s the only thing I ever order from this location.
