This place is horrible. It doesnt even deserve a star but u cant post if u dont give one. First of all the hostess seated 3 couples who came n after me and never called my name. After the third couple,cause I know they did not have a reservation I said something and she lied stating she called my name. I said no u didn't ! I guess I didn't c u. How did u not cause I've been standing by the door.2nd strike- The waitress bought out dirty utensils.3rd strike- my food was cold. I did not send it back cause who knows what they would have done.Never ever again!

Just walked out of Applebee’s waitress Monet took our entire order, wrote nothing down. We were impressed until the drinks came. We ordered two drinks.One sprite and one unsweetened tea with a slice of lemon.. Received one sprite and one water with lemon.One was wrong told her what it was supposed to be a unsweetened tea with slice of lemon. Received sweet treat with a slice of lemon.She corrected it with the wrong drink again still writing nothing down. Disappointed. Didn’t want to wait to see what was gonna be brought out to eat. Wouldn’t give a 1 star but it won’t let you post otherwise

Need more employees took way too long to get food. Waitress was OK but they all seemed to be on there phones and I had to ask for a refill twice. Overall not too bad

20 minute wait to sit at the bar to order food and drinks? Literally one couple sitting at the bar, restaurant isn’t busy to the were the guy working behind the bar can’t also take customers that want to sit down and eat. If you need to tell customers willing to spend money there’s a wait at an empty bar, you need to look over your business model.

We went there tonight for our family dinner. Hostess was not friendly at all, took 20+ min for a server to come over. My husband went over to the bar to ask for napkins and the bartender was not even there. He was standing there for awhile. Our drinks took awhile as well and when food came and we didn’t even have silverware and we asked the person who brought our food out for silverware. He said yes he would bring it. Couple minutes went by and still didn’t get it. We asked our server and she asked the hostess, still took a couple minutes. She brought our silverware and acted like she was annoyed.I suggest when hostess seats customer they should also give silverware when setting down menus.I feel like the only one that was friendly was the manager who brought out the kids meals for our children. Our server was sweet just needs a little more pep in her step. Also, restaurant was not busy at all.

I usually have nice things to say about Applebee's they usually don't disappoint, but this visit I was. I visited around 1130 and the floors were slippery-grease slippery at the front door and even in the bathroom I felt like I was at a roller skating rink. The booth I was at the table was sticky as well. The waiter had no personality, I work in customer service as well and there are some days life happens, but when I'm in front of a patient it's all about them.

This experience was not great. I attended a luncheon with some friends. Our server was overwhelmed. The staff helping him was rude and dismissive.

This is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been to. The food and the service was great, but the entire place was disgusting! I don't know who runs this place, but they need to do something about it. The carpet where the tables are, is ripped up with huge chunks missing, there's stains on the walls, the bathrooms looked like they haven't been cleaned in ages. The menus were sticky and had food/drinks spilled and dried up all over them. I didnt even want to touch them. I was completely grossed out! We only stayed due to the size of our party, but we won't be returning.

The waitress took 20 minutes to bring us the drinks, and 50 minutes to bring us the food, all because she took her time to be flirtatious with a group of boys, we also ordered appetizers and the children's food first to share with my husband before they brought us the main meal, and they brought everything together and COLD, we didn't know what to do with so much food at the same time, plus one of the children's food arrived wrong and when I was going to pay the bill the waitress stayed in front of me with an angry face wondering if I would leave her a tip, I have been a waitress for 10 years the tip is earned... and she gave us bad service.

Ordered food for the Superbowl and set it to Curbside. The order was not taken to the car. I had to walk in after the time of service to see if it was done and it was on the back counter. Some of the food wasn't very warm by the time I got home and only traveled about 2 miles.
