I ordered no pickles on my sandwich and got pickles. When I went to exchange it, they gave me a new one, but kept the on w/ pickles. In the past when there were any errors, they have let me keep the messed up order. I ordered curbside and had to go inside to exchange...so a little bit of a hassle....
The blonde girl at the drive thru should probably understand that people can hear her talking when their car windows are down. She was very rude. My 9 year old really wanted to take the food, so I had the back window down and she was waiting patiently, but the girl ignored her and tried to address me through a closed window instead. Rude again.
The food is what you expect when it comes to Chic Fil A. However, this branch always seems to be a little off kilter compared to most. Service is very slow, even during slow hours, and the workers always seem to be a little confused.
My guess is there is some training that needs to be done, and some different standards set. At this point, it doesn't quite live up to the name.
