I’ve been a customer at Japan Express for years and always had great service. The food is always hot & flavorful and the service is quick I never have to wait a long time for my order. Great takeout restaurant with friendly service!
good service but the front worker coughed and covered it with her hand over her mask and didn’t sanitize after and we all know covid is going around. none of the workers had gloves on nor did the ones cooking and i found a straight piece of black hair in my food and my hair is red .
