Ordered chicken tenders, 3 piece, which is a#4. She gave us a 4 piece meal and said that's what I ordered. She was too busy complaining that she and the other employee were the only ones working. The entire time we were eating, she was talking about us and how we ordered the wrong thing and tried to blame her. Don't think she had a name tag on.Very loud and rude. Customer isn't right here

Just got a $7 box. The bottom of the box is wet and all the food is soggy and taste horrible. Cannot eat it.

This place has gone down and needs a lot of help. The last time I went, I waited 10 mn at the speaker. Nobody spoke
I drove up to the window only for the lady to tell me there were only 2 of them working and that it would be better to walk in.
I walked in and stood in line behind two customers already inside, and the employees were moving so slow, I guess from being burned out. After 15 extra minutes, I walked out without being helped, went across the parking to Popeyes, and got my chicken from there in 5 minutes 🙃. Popeyes is usually slow, but I guess not that one in laplata, and not that night. And all my food was hot at 8p.

Franchisee or corporate please help them with recruitment and training of staff. If you do not take care of your employees, your business will fail 100%. Next, the cleanliness and food safety goes out of the window followed by customer service, and you will be screwed!! Fix it immediately.

Every time I go to this particular KFC they get my order wrong or forget something. Today, went through drive thru and they parked me out front and forgot about my whole order. I had to call store for them to make my food. Waited for my food over 30 mins. This is not acceptable.

This is the second time this has happened. We assumed it was spit the first time. We got a call from the store owner saying that it’s not spit, but mold from the drink container. “None of my guys would ever spit in a drink” well good to know your guys hand out moldy drinks still. Well, I see now that nothing has changed 6 months later. I took the previous review down, but this one will stay up. Do better! You’re going to make people sick. It really makes me wonder what else doesn’t get cleaned properly. Telling the 100% truth, y'all need to close for a week and deep clean. Retrain staff on how to clean properly. I’ve worked in fast food before and never had this issue.

Arrived at store at 9:30pm and store closes at 10pm. I understand it’s almost closing but if you are out of stuff you should lead with just to inform you we only have the following items available. I ordered two
4 pc chicken tenders combo with fries. I get told we don’t have fries. Ok so I ordered two Mac’s. Then get told to hold on because the previous car was taking some tenders. Then get drive thru proceeds to say we have extra crispy. My wife ask well is that tenders person replies yes. We get told window and pay and the meals that come out are 4pc chicken meals not tenders. My wife tells them we didn’t order that we specifically asked for tenders. Drive thru young lady says her manager in the back says we can’t do refunds as in saying yall keep that and the tenders were frozen. We said we didn’t ask for that and we wanted and wanted our money back then. Drive thru young lady goes back to tell her manager and it changed to we will drop the tenders for one of your meals and yall keep the other one and to just pull around to the front. Again we asked for two 4pc tender meals. So if you’re willing to drop 4 why not drop the 8. At this point no need to go back and forth with ppl who are making your food and one of the meals was for my son. So we kept one of the wrong meals and pulled around to wait for one of the correct meals. All this to say your shift ends at 10pm not 9:35pm and if you’re out of stuff, fryers down whatever the case maybe. Just lead with better customer service from the get go so there aren’t no misunderstandings. I worked fast food when I was younger so I get wanting to get off after closing at a decent time. So you cut fryers off, start cleaning and condensing stuff etc. If it was led with or fryers are down we don’t have any tenders at this time we would’ve said thanks and politely pulled off.

This is the worst KFC I've ever encountered. A little over a week ago, I stopped about 5:50pm to get a pot pie. They didn't close until 10pm but stated they had no more available and couldn't prepare any, as if they're making them from scratch. I'm only bringing this to light because this is roughly the 3rd or 4th time I've experienced this same scenario at this particular location. So once they have sold all of the frozen pies they pulled out on any day, they are too lazy to prepare more even if the store is open for several more hours... smh

THEY SOLD ME EXPIRED CHICKEN.

The manager is disrespectful and rude, the food today was expired. I ate the chicken and within a few hours found myself hunched over a toilet vomiting. I talked to a friend of mine who is a cook there and he confirmed the chicken was expired and the manager threatened to fire him if he didnt cook it. This is outrageous and criminal, they don't care that they are infecting people. THEY SOLD EXPIRED CHICKEN ALL DAY ON FRIDAY NOVEMBER 22ND and the manager needs to be brought to justice for this.

Just went to grab a quick lunch and the food is sooo disappointing. I got a nuggets and fries meal and the food is hot but WAY undercooked. The fries are soggy and almost white. When I bite into the chicken it oozes out oil and the meat doesn’t seem fully cooked either. I’m throwing almost all of it into the trash.

Only good thing was the customer service at the drive thru. She was very nice.

I didn’t return the meal because I had limited time to eat.

Stood in line for over 10 minutes. Never got helped. We were only acknowledged once. When we walked in the girl behind the counter immediately went to the restroom and was gone for over 5 minutes. the other 2 workers continued answering drive thru and filling orders. Only one said anything to us, and she said she'd be right with us. When the girl returned from the restroom, she went to the drive thru. Never once acknowledged us. I get they are hiring and only had 3 people working. But to not get any kind of help after 10+ minutes is disgraceful.

The food was good, but we didn't received all we ordered. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 fries and one 2 piece chicken meal. We check the order the fries were missing. So we drove back and let the associate know, she apologize then handed us the bag. Believing now our order was complete we left only to opened the bag to 1 medium fry.
