I just popped in to grab a scoop and OMG.. this is the cutest little spot. The Charles Street Crunch was GREAT!
I'm very happy to do my part in helping a BLACK OWNED BUSINESS thrive. May God Bless you with continued success and growth.
Firstly we payed 22.10 for 3 regular cups one with a cone and we disnt get a cone :c they didn't have chocolate penutbutter or cookie monster so we had snickerdoodle and cookies and cream and cookie dough which sucked and tasted very milky and not good at all not 6.95 without tax >:c in conclusion on a hot la plata day homade ice cream did not satisfies what do with 3 half aten ice cream side note we only ate the cookies and cream one the only edible one if it was an option we would of rated a 0 but we couldnt now we are still hungry and we are glad we didnt tip and didnt stay
I wanted to like this place, but there were several things that justify two stars.
First, the price. The venue does not list prices on their boards, but three kids cups and a premium waffle cone cost me $30. I'm sure that supplies and overhead are expensive, but that's an incredibly high price.
Second, the ice cream. It was premium, but nothing that I couldn't get out of a tub of Tillamook. For the price I expected a premium product that simply wasn't there. Credit where it's due the waffle cone was great and the cone was generously portioned.
Third, the experience. The venue made the choice not to offer samples, and to me that's simply a bad business decision. I had to ask for napkins. There was nothing about the visit which made me want to come back.
The flavor of the day was delicious and the service was outstanding, even with a long line at the end of the day. Great Job.
Tasty ice cream, fast and friendly service. I was very happy with my shake!
The ice-cream was wonderful! Though I wish they accepted cash. Also would've been nice if they had samples. Definitely my favorite shop in the county
The ice cream was great. They have fun and unique flavors. Differently recommend.
Landon's is a great local place for delicious, homemade ice cream. They have a great variety of flavors, and I have always had an excellent experience with staff.

I can’t review the ice cream because we ended up walking out without any. We went in planning on getting a flight that the owner commented on several times in responses (and is on the website) since I like to try as many flavors as possible, and the employees had no clue what I was talking about. I would have settled for multiple flavors in one cup but that is not allowed (the most flavors you can get is 2 and only in the large). I also mentioned a coupon I saw on the website and they didn’t know how to key that in either. Anyway, I was so frustrated and disappointed, I left. If I’m ever in the area again, perhaps I’ll try again knowing what I now know. Either the staff needs more thorough training or the website needs updating. Or both.
I’m not sure what happened but we went today and ordered a mint chocolate chip and strawberry ice cream. Both almost didn’t have any flavor. Mine barely tasted of strawberry, was very faint. My bf had the mint chocolate and he said the same thing. Not sure what happened, usually the ice cream is good.
Went there on Friday night 7/11. Very clean and the young lady working behind the counter was very accommodating. I will say that almost every homemade ice cream shop does samples. Of course as the owner has stated he doesn't do samples because his ice cream is just that good.
Well sir, that is simply not true. I got a cup of the Orange Dreamsicle. Could it be good if it was not freezer burnt? Maybe. But paying top dollar for freezer burnt ice cream was not what I had in mind. I love supporting small business but don't think I will be back to this one.
The ice cream is great, but do not leave a tip—this business is taking advantage of its young employees. The staff, many of whom are teenagers, do not receive any of the tips left by customers.
Worse yet, this establishment shows little regard for the safety and fair treatment of its workers. The manager clocks them out at 9 p.m., but they are expected to stay nearly an hour afterward to clean up—without pay.
Even more troubling, 16- and 17-year-old girls are often left alone to close the shop and then walk out the back door into a dark alley at night. This is not just irresponsible—it's dangerous.
Landing Ice & Cream it's the best place to eat smooth home made and delicius ice cream. The place is clean and safe. Easy to find it. Have parking lot behind the store.
